You misspelled mistake at the title
I can't have that but thankfully I have a Magnetic Chess Board.😎😏
@@ABID_THE_SUPER_GAMERIn Bangladesh, the price is probably half a year's salary. I'm in Brazil and checked it out. After the exchange rate and import taxes, the average Brazilian would have to work about 5+ months to pay for it. :) hahaha But, if you got the money, you can probably get it!
Funny time traveller comment lol
How does it do en passant? Does it show where the pawn moves and then a red light for the pawn that still has to get removed?
Now this is an absolutely incredible video. Not just “ooh cool opening trap” but a full breakdown of an opening strategy with coverage for residual lines. S-tier chess RUclipsr.
So glad you are not pointing out the mistkae, finally I found someone who is genuine in this comment section
The best chess lesson I've ever seen. Methodical, deep, nicely structured... Congratulations!
👏👏
Thanks!
Permanently displaying the "Key Idea" in a corner of the screen is very helpful. It's that kind of thing that sets apart a great chess channel from a good one. Thank you.
Leonardo the 1800 chess bot plays this opening pretty consistently if anyone wants to practice this line.
I think you meant Lorenzo? I looked for Leonardo for like 10 minutes and couldn’t find him 🤣
Yeah, but he only takes with the bishop
Mistkae? I think you've made a mist cake
no he made a mistkae
*misteak
I didn't even notice
But is it the kind of mistake that was made 12 million times?
LMFAO 😂
wow, I'm a 1400 player, and this lesson changed my game forever.
I very often play the giucco piano, but it always lead to a very boring game.
The D4 move changes everytthing, and knowing the best response for each black's move is giving me a huge advantage in the openning.
thank you so much, Nelson!!
Very informative video, thank you. You should do a video playing live games trying these lines 😃
Great idea!
Such a good video! I love that you discuss how Transpositions tie the Italian and the Scotch openings together!
Mostly I play the good old 4.c3 but after this video I definitively have to look at 4.0-0 and 5.d4.
Thank you for the great content!
I've only just noticed the subtle humor in "Mistkae." This is a great video. Although I very seldom reach the position shown, I often have to decide what to do after d4. And the answer is e5! That is the real purpose! I seldom lose pieces through blunders but I miss a LOT of takes and attacking opportunities. The way you pulled apart the king side position is a marvel, as well as the queen trap. Your speciality is how to turn an apparent sacrifice into not a sacrifice because opponent would be mad to accept it. Your put your pieces into some crazy positions that I am too cautious to even think of!
Great video! I'm just learning chess and love the Italian game. This gave me so much more information than I've ever gotten before.
I am here before he fixed Mistkae in title😁
He dont even know
The 2 knights and bishop defense is especially common amongst younger kids at the lower intermediate level. Thank you for this video, I teach this line to my students with great success.
Deep, insightful and instructive. Thank you so much, I am learning so much from you. Please keep posting!
Thanks! I reach this position in the Bishops Opening all the time and this position gives me fits! I’m good with Urosov Opening but this position is always difficult. Now I have a path forward!!
Max Lange Attack! Played this since the 80s 🤗
I can remember seeing one of those chess boards at the Palmer House in Chicago during the 1989 U.S. Open. It was used with either HiTech or DeepThought, and it had a rating in the 2300's even then. Whichever program it was, it beat several masters, and a 1900-rated player managed to pawn-lock a position against it for a draw.
got him with the good ol' mistkae
Every chess player makes mistkaes in their chess games
I had a board like that decades ago but, in those pre-internet days, one had to keep updating the software.
Absolutely genuines product. Congrats man.
You will get millions of subscribers very soon with that kind of content trust me and keep going 💪👍👍👍👍👍
@8:30 that really was a brilliant move with Qxh6 check!
Nelson the vid was really useful thanks! Can you please make a vid for e4 players to encounter the sicilian defense.
E4 c4 Nf3 Nc6 c3
One of the best lessons 👌🏻 💯
when i play as black i usually try to go for the stafford gambit but i end up in a position like this quite a lot
Excellent video! Incidentally, can the chestnut chess set be used to play 5 minute blitz? If so, it’s a definite winner as can record games digitally & review later.
The chessnut looks absolutely INSANE. Definitely going on my wishlist for the year.
can you make a vid about d4 tricks and tips and openings.... btw love ur vids keep it up:)
At 10:40 instead of castling Black often plays d6. You should add that variation to your video if you wanna do an improved version.
10:40 d6 exd6 Bxd6 Re1+ is the line Stockfish suggest.
It is never to early to stop making mistkeas guys
That is wise! 🙂👍👍
It of course not only applies to chess! 😊
This reminds me of the Bible verse:
Like a dog that returns to its vomit, The stupid one repeats his foolishness. (Proverbs 26: 11)
The next one is also very wise:
Have you seen a man who thinks he is wise? There is more hope for someone stupid than for him. (Proverbs 26: 12)
A wise man does not see himself as wise because he sees how much there is to learn for him! 🙂📖🤗🕊️
When you play Kf6 in the Scotch gambit, you are however supposed to play e5 right away so you won't get Bc5. And when you get Bc5 first you can play c3 and after takes you play Bf7 to follow up with Qd5 check and recapturing the Bishop on C5 ( maybe after pulling g6 with a inbetween check). Scotch gambit is my favourite opening if the opponent lets me do it. You get such a stong position in my range of 1250-1350 elo. As black I play the Rousseau Gambit against the italian so I hardly get this position but I got to that Gambit because I ran into exactly the problems you showcase here before.
Never knew lots of people made a mistkae here!
Please pin me
Not only did you fall for the engagement trick, but you're even begging for attention. Sad.
This is something I've needed for a long time! Many thanks! Great video!
What do you do if, when Black's knight is on g4, and White plays bishop to f4 to protect the e5 pawn, instead of castling, Black plays d6? Stockfish seems to think that's pretty bad for white already.
I guess I don't understand en-passat. I thought the opposing side had to be in an 4 position and could I only en-passat from an initial opening move of 2 plus capture from passing over into the other row?
I enjoy your channel, and find it instructive, thank you. However, I do have a comment to make about Stockfish, and "the right move to make" expression you use in this video. Surely chess is a thinking game, holding many delightful avenues in which to explore? If we all use the one correct/sure move from Stockfish, then where's the fun and challenge?
Thank you for an amazing video.
One question: what if Black defends by retreating their bishop back to f8 *after* White has already committed to e5? Wouldn’t that open White to all the same weaknesses as they’d be exposed to if they played e5 before Black activated their bishop?
(I’m thinking about what I’d do if I face another player who studied this video … and I’m the one playing Black.)
But what if he takes the pawn on e4 with his knight after you castle since e4 is not defended instead of going bishop c5
This is like a 90s street fighter game, just combo after combo, raining death upon your opponent.
Mistkae is just a meme at this point
Where is the pgn of the lines?
Sorry, but I didn't understand why the position after Bxg7 is bad for white: after Re1, the king can hide safely, while black's kingside castling is ruined. I don't know if white can manage to take the two pawns in 4 file, but I think it's possible.
I wanna know why doesn't the knight on f6 take e4 for free instead he develops the bishop?
Nelson, at 9:55 I just want you to know that your colorblind viewers have no idea where you are highlighting because green and red look so similar to us. Obviously, I know how I knight moves so I know what squares you’re highlighting. I just wanted you to be aware lol
Hey Nelson wanna tell you a problem I'm facing , I have been learning chess from the white side but that's not how you get in real matches and my game with black pieces is just miserable (Martin check mated me no joke ) . Would love it if you make a video or give any tips for that
Why doesn't the knight just take the pawn on e4?
At 12:55 , is this from a specific game? I saw this exact same thing on another channel, remote chess academy. I'd love to know this brilliant player.
great teacher
Very well done vid. Thanks nelsi
Next time you do a tournament, can you post it in community? I would love to get the chance to play you!
1:35 What? It doesn't move your opponent's pieces itself? (There's a chess board + pieces that does that, btw.)
11:13 This is also a weird position, in that Black still has all of his pawns!
15:34 And after fxe3, Black can't play ... Nxe5, because his knight is pinned!
Thanks Nelson!
ive always thought your camera was sht and that ad just confirms it is shockingly bad xD pls get a new one - great chess content tho btw
That's what I'm talking about. AWESOME LESSON!
How do you feel about the Evans Gambit with B4 rather than playing D4?
thanks you more of these please!
Brother that backdrop is delicious. Holy holy.
Why doesn't black take the e4 pawn with the knight after castling?
Re1 and at the very least white recovers the pawn, if not gets a decisive attack against black
@@vgogaming3685 after Re1 black plays Bf2 check and fork, no?
I think the best advice for beginners is to never play Nf6 before Bc5 in these openings...
So it's better to play
1. e4 - e5
2. Nf3 - Nc6
3. Bc4 - Bc5
Don't play
3. Bc4 - Nf6 because you might face Ng5
nice! I've learned something today!
I did not expect nelson to be jacked
That is an INSANE sponsor!!!!
title has a miss take
awesome. thank you :)
cool board but when the time starts to dwindle you lose seconds physically moving your opponents pieces.
Nice speling nistake
I think you mean mictake
It’s mistake.
@@DefinitelyNotCrazy No way!🤯
It's as if that's the joke!
"Can you make these videos similar to that one? its really useful
This is the most common opening move I got so great video
just one player playing lots of games 😂
Hmmm thats useful to tell people to stop making these simpel mitsake
"Oh no you made mistkea it's not mistkea it's mistake"- 🤓
Awesome video for a nimrod like myself!
Why can't black just take your undefended pawn on e4? (knight takes e4)
Maybe he spelled it wrong with purpose. You know, that whole play on words thing.
Genuinely a great title
I have the ChessNut Air and I love it :)
So the mistkae ist that people dont play Nxe4 right? As it is glaringly hanging after white castles at move 4.
What? No the mistake is that people push e5 before blacks bishop is on c5.
@@sihargreaves yes, of course. But all that is possible because black doesn't play Nxe4. I've had the position many times, and my opponents just take the pawn everytime, nullifying the entire line after that.
You made a mistkae in the title.
Thanks
I think the actual mistake is making black move one more time than white on the preview
I am an e4 player but I play Ruy Lopéz.😎
I didn't need to watch this video. I just wanted to watch it for fun.😏
Nevertheless, this is restful to watch.😎😏
Seems like even Chess Vibes made a mistake with the title. Oh sorry, I meant Mistkae.
Yeah millions of players also make the same mistkae
that is a common "mistkae!"
4:47 we do
When you maek a mistkae 💀
Yes, the same mistkae.
This set I literally 17,500 bucks in India. Bro my rent is 9000. I've been wanting to buy a chess board for a long time now but I thought it would cost 500-800 so I didn't but I would buy the Chessnut even if it was 2500 Rupees can you please make it affordable in the Other countries.
Oh, no! Someone made a mistkae!
Why wouldn’t black take the free e4 pawn before bringing out the bishop ?
U made a mistkae in the title
I would love to buy that board but its over $600!! Too much for a chess board.
Millions of RUclips content creators make this mistkae
How did he miss spelled mistake 😂
I would probably make the same mistkae
it's a common Mistkae
"Mistkae" (check the title)
I make a lot of mistkaes too
