Listen, there are 3 holes. 1st for urine, and 3rd for potty, but there is a middle hole and the 2nd one, between them where you can find that there are two curtain like structure. So there is your hole, but let me tell you that, it is not like that that you can insert your finger straight, for that you have to 1st sit in squat position and insert your finger with a little tilt. Hi I fold it the punch down fold cos that is the easy way for me. I got a number 2 diva cup at first and it’s too big for me so I got my linette cup 1 and it’s totally fit me and its way better to put in and out 🤗

I never thought it could ever go inside. My thingy was too small for that. I didn’t even know where the hole. After having kept trying for 3 months I can do it now. After I succeeded inserting it, I can tell it’s totally worth it. I feel really comfortable right now. I don’t have the uncomfortable wet feeling down there anymore. It’s extremely comfortable if you did it right way. But it still hurts a little when you insert it, and I find it really hard to pull it out. But this is a life changing experience for me. I will continue using cups in the future. I think you should trying it.

I'd NEVER TRY THIS even tampons things like that I dotn like wearing as to painful so I alwyas wear Pads but what is easier and more comfortable to use?
Once you master art of wearing cup, you never gonna go back to pads. Cups are more comfortable as no rashes, no soggy pad, even it feel like a normal day. But yes you have to be a little uncomfortable at 1st time like finding your cervix position on period days, finding your perfact fold, your perfect cup and size etc
