For me my mom wasn't around so I used her Tampon and I basically was crying- it hurt so much- so I took the dry damn Tampon out and I started crying- So I decided to use my moms pad😱😭
DONT PUT IT IN IF YOUR NOT ON YOUR PERIOD!! It can actually cause issues!

Another tip: if it is uncomfortable than you don’t have it in all the way, and just like she said, make sure to angle it while putting it in!! ❤love y’all!
Just put my first one in. Overall I’m just happy I got it in it was not in the right place but I’m just happy. Because I have had so much trouble with them and I finally got somewhere

What also helps is getting in the shower and aiming the shower head down there, helped me

Im literally terrified to even insert one because im still pretty young and therefore i feel like its gonna be really hard to insert and then even harder to get out
it’s not hard. My first time using one, I was terrified but I LOVED it didn’t feel it at all didn’t hurt on the way in or out. You should try it!! (Just make sure you wait for it to get full before removing )

My biggest fear now is that normally when I’m on my periods I poop a lot so using a tampon triggers a lot of fears like while pooping a tampon comes out and I have to push it back it or something ,two the string breaking while pulling 😢
What if the string breaks?? Also if it expands inside wouldn’t it be hard to take out?! like I feel like it would rip!

How do you know if it’s filled all the way up
Physically you can't push a fully inserted tampon anymore in because there's a wall. The tampon should be fully gone and half of the string as well. So just keep pushing it until u feel a wall x
Tampons CAN get stuck. If left inside the vagina too long, you develop toxic shock syndrome. It happened to me 🙋🏽♀️

When I take it out I sit in the toilet with my legs spread which helps
how do you know when to remove a tampon
After 4 hours or just pull on the string, if the string is stuck leave it for longer and if it slips out easy it slips out easy!
Or you might have a septem.. it’s rare hit possible
