We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Not on this one. The pantry wasn't big enough to have a dance in it's honor! That's why Chance didn't do the pantry dance.

Mobile homes have come a long way! Back in the day (I'm talking about the 70's) when you walked into a mobile home, you KNEW you were in a mobile home. This looks like a regular home on the inside-it's very nice.
You still can tell by looking at the walls to see the vertical plastic strips connecting the many panels of fake wood. It's easier to see the connectors on the ceiling.
@@MatthewFordVictoria This home doesn’t have the plastic strips. It has full drywall finishing. It’s not a mobile home.

One of my favorite floor plans. I am surprised that the shower in the main bathroom is so small compared the size of everything else. I would have thought a giant shower without a tub would have been better. But love the home and the staging is fabulous. Great job as usual Chance.
That smaller shower surprised me to.
I'm with you! I'd rather have a double shower and no tub. They take too much water to fill up!
I love a separate tub and shower, love those evenings relaxing in a bubble bath with a glass of wine 😊

Not only was the shower small but the tub is TINY. Definitely should have went with just a bigger shower.
It's good to get the kid a gift. Even better when you have them earn it. Have each chore be worth something. Have a check list when they get done they can make their check mark and of course have one of the parents check off the work right away. A great way to cut back the spending and at the same time let it continue by letting the child earn their every day toys.

I love it for real! The only thing that could make it better is a transom window in the tile shower
The only two things that I would change would be the sink as I like the two sided sink and the fanwith a five bladed fan. Oh and thank you for having your special guest on tonight his smile just makes me smile.

Wassup Chance?! I just love the fireplace and porch, just make the pantry a walk in and make a spot for a garage.
I love this home! A large foyer with a closet that is a designated area. You don’t see a kitchen upon entering. Master set off. Fireplace. Awesome kitchen. Window seat in kitchen. Mud - laundry room & that porch off the kitchen! Oh my goodness I could go on. Quality craftsmanship too.

I think it would be better if the Bathtub seen at 11:44 had the faucet located in one of the other corners. By having it where it is, I can see someone tripping on it while getting in and out. Maybe the best place would be hidden around the corner, next to the Sink Counter. That would make it easier on plumbing, feeding the bath-tub faucet off the pipes to the sinks. Plus it would create another sitting spot where the taps are now.
We just had our 1996 master bath remodeled and our tub had the same configuration with the faucet. Our new tub is a stand-alone soaker and they built a “tub deck” behind the tub where the faucet and handheld shower head are located. It is so much more functional and looks more modern.
This home is immaculate Chance. It's the perfect home. Not too big and not too small. I totally love everything about it. Thank you Chance. Cullen is very photogenic. I just love his smile❤

This is one of my favorite homes. I saw earlier versions before you started doing your home tours. This is a nice model. It would be so nice if the laundry room were a bit more spacious to accommodate a freezer and utility sink, and it would be great to have a walk-in pantry. This home shows beautifully though.
I don't know that I like the furnace and water heater in the master bedroom closet though. To have them serviced, you'd have people traipsing through your bedroom and bathroom.

The doors could open in the halo, closer to front door. One of the options of changing the mst bath has furnace door opening in hallway. Make them both. If not enough room may have to do away with the little niche down there. I love it tho 🤗

Love the foyer and it’s size. It’s enough room for people to take their shoes off. LOVE the kitchen. Nicely spread out and functional. Love the natural light and that master closet is amazing ❤

I would go with the office option. Love the layout! I would ditch the tub for a bigger shower.
I don't care what handles and knobs you put on the cabinets and drawers at least put some on them.otherwise nice house.
This one is a winner! I’d put knobs and handles on the cabinets but for the most part that’s all!
That is the best house I have seen before on your channel it is just perfect it has so much storage the rooms are good size the closets are good size and there is a place for a freezer in the laundry room. I love the option to have an office as well. I don't need that big of a closet but having an office is perfect as well. Your boy is so cute he looks just like you.

Hello Chance! I have checked over the floorplan and already know that I would go with the 1/2 Bath option taking part of the Master Closet deal. And that I would take the two guest bedrooms and guest bathroom, combine them and make them into my Library Music Studio Office Rooms, and put a small gas fireplace and sitting area in the Library; actually that bigger closet would make a dandy sitting area! Also the Music Studio Room would have to be soundproofed. As we wouldn't have any guest bedrooms we wouldn't need a full guest bathroom, just the half bath. In the Living Room a gas fireplace or wood-burning stove is needed to make it complete. In the Utility Room, I do believe you are right and that spot would be a perfect place for an upright freezer. But I have a problem with the porch being at that outside door in the utility room. Love the porch, just not where it's located. Because that is where the Garage goes!! The garage can go toward the Front of the house and the porch could be attached to the garage and go around the other way and on around for that matter - all the way around the house to the garage in the front, which would extend the front porch some. I'd probably put in a French door in the middle window in the dining room on the porch side, so we could go out there to sit and eat or whatever. In the Kitchen, I would make the island smaller and put wheels on it. I love where the Microwave is located this time! I would want a gas cook stove. Don't need a dishwasher so remove it and put in another cabinet or drawers. Okay in the Dining Room if there's room I would put Grandma's China Cabinet on the wall by that small Pantry door. If it won't fit there, I'd have to put it in between the built-in shelves by the refrigerator, in front of those windows, removing the windows and the shelves under the window. Master Bedroom is very nice. The Master Bathroom needs changed. The shower is too small. So we'd remove it. Move the tub down and have a big Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo installed. Can then extent the counter space for the sinks a little bit. I'd open up the commode area, we don't need it enclosed, and I'd never have the door closed anyway as I'm a little bit claustrophobic. So after opening that area up, the commode can be moved to the middle of the wall and turned to face the sinks. I'd have plenty of room around the commode then! Already said I'd go with the floorplan option of the 1/2 bath taking part of the closet. If possible I'd have the opening to the water heater and furnace in the hallway and Not inside the closet, which I hate. I'd have Carpets in the Living Room and the Bedroom and the sitting area in my Library only. As I said earlier, porches all the way around. But some would be enclosed and some just covered. Anyway Chance, good video. Not a bad house on the whole, just needs a few changes! God bless you and your family Chance!
Wow, nothing bad, but with the price of this home on the pricey side already, and all of your proposed major construction changes, I would think you could just have someone build to your needs, use this plan to base off of. But yes to the furnace and water doors, in the hall side. Flipped

And as I said several times on others, these just give me ideas and I'd have to just have one built to our specifications to get what I really want! I’d thought one day take all my plans marked up with chat or incorporations to a plan designer. To build a barn house but my health has that on hold. Plus the crazy rising cost of everything. I’m in shock at how much I love this home. Our home has been paid for forever but if I wanted to start over I’d buy this house as is with all the staging and all. Love it! Yes, Matthew would be happy! Gotta be a Texan I suppose to get it and I fit that bill. Did you know there are about 5 different dialects in Texas depending on which part you’re from. I’m in West Texas so we sound totally different than south Texas.

Watched a man like that pay for 2 brand new loaded trucks with cash from his pockets once! The first salesman was rude and an older woman took over and made the sale. The first guy was in shock!! The stager even left a pair of reding glasses in the kitchen as if someone would come home and put them on and put them on to make dinner. I was thrown off at first by the brown and white bar chairs. But then I realized they look a little like saddles. They go with the theme very well.
Very nice porch on the back. Might be nice to have some sliding glass doors going out from the dining room to the porch.
The staging here is phenomenal. This house will sell just because of that.

Pleasantly surprised that the price for this home was about $100k less than I thought it would be. Wow! God bless y'all!
😳🤔🤗 I know things have drastically gone up, still pricey. I’ll never be able to afford this. But it is so beautiful and meets all my needs , just a couple door access changes to furnace and WH. I’d like them in the hall, access thru the bed and bath would be tricky and messy. From my experience on working on them. Of course you should not have to worry about it for a while, being a new home. But never know.
