Thank you for the interesting video 😄
I absolutely love this WAD. I've managed to complete all 32 maps three times so far. Each playthrough offered different discoveries, which kept it exciting. My favorite map is map21. The dim, alternate universe-like atmosphere, the first encounter with the alpha souls, and the final battle becomes advantageous when secrets are discovered... I think it's a captivating map loaded with a variety of twists and turns.

I never thought the reason why I find DOOM II monsters compelling, besides most of them being heavies, could be that almost all of them have unique sounds.

I quite enjoyed this - thank you for taking the time to do a bit of commentary work on your existing megawad. I find it interesting and insightful, and you have a nice way of putting things eloquently despite the ongoing combat.

This is one experimental MegaWAD that does justice to it's gimmick and sticks to it until the end, the choice making and direction pointing with the gargoyle switches are quite engaging.
I dig the weapon tweaks and the remixed soundtrack as well, the Plasma Rifle having a Quake III Arena-like appearence and sound was one of my favorite takes as a fan of the arena shooter itself. A bit of shame that Bethesda's Unity Port couldn't keep the consistent music tracks that the WAD itself has in it's standalone ModDB version, but considering this is the Unity Port with the awful sounding soundfont, it might as well be better for people to play the standalone version over the Add-On (but I can't deny that it's one great addition to the Add-Ons section).

Thanks for the kind words. You're one of the few people that noticed the plasmagun being an evolutionary lead up to the quake 3 plasmagun.

Thanks for the commentary track. Glad you changed that Map 5 platforming puzzle at 41:46. Is this version going to be added to consoles? The original version of that part is extremely difficult to do using a gamepad and I abandoned the game because of it.

Sorry to hear that. So basically when I made Doom Zero, I made it with mouse and keyboard in mind. When id Software contacted me about releasing it on consoles, I really didn't know how well the game would play with a controller, a problem of which this latest build addresses. but unfortunately I don't have control over the official add-on release for consoles. I did in fact send them an updated add-on ready version of Doom Zero for id to use but that's really up to them.

@@GTXDash Glad that they've got it, hopefully it gets launched. I switched over to playing on Chocolate Doom (with MKB) since I like the map pack so much, and the version 2/3 updates have been great.

I think that George Lucas is still allowed to make changes to the movies, unfortunately.
