Huskies were made for SNOW! They are cold weather dogs who enjoy being outside as much as possible. That Loam's mom moved to a place that makes him happy is so awesome. Good job, Mom!❄💙

Huskies are natural born skiers. They really come to their own in the cold wild snowy environments. They are not meant for cramped city living.
Absolutely! Most dog breeds were created with a purpose. We have taken that purpose and thrown it away just because of the "cuteness factor" of the animal. But once you start using the dog in different ways from where they were meant to do, that is when you find all the common issues: destruction, anxiety, barking, chewing, fighting and so on. I think the only dog I've seen that was created for only looking cute and staying next to you all day without issue is the pug.
Look how healthy and happy that pup is. Because he's in his element. So many Huskies have to suffer in temperatures they are not made for. Just because "they are so beautiful". RUclips is full of these channels.

Huskies are closest to wolves and wolves are a free spirit. He clearly needed to be apart of the outdoors. This must be absolute heaven for him and I’m sure he appreciates it and if ever the need occurred, god forbid, I bet he’d go all out to ensure your safety. That's so beautiful, it made me cry.
That's what happened with my dog. Was pacing the house and destroying everything until I took him to the trails with my mountain-bike. I now have the best ride companion/trail dog. Follows me everywhere, he blows off some steam and is a great ambassador/friend to everyone at the trail head.

1:14 thank God my boys pretty chill 😅. Whenever I see other peoples stories I have to realize my dog was practically an angel. Very few potty accidents, and he only tore into a few things from anxiety and boredom. I grudgingly crate trained him and now he doesn't even use it!
2:30 true and it's sad. I don't want to have to take my dog to a dog park for him to be free to roam and run. 😢

Those dogs need so much exercise. I got to know one woman who would lock hers in an apartment north of Chicago, trying to exercise it as much as possible. It just wasn’t enough. I felt so sorry for the dog.

That is a true Husky, Huskies are NOT for everyone. I miss our Sassy girl
I see so many comments about huskies belonging in the snow and whatnot, but PLEASE remember that every dog is an individual and it's up to you to figure out what they do and don't like. I've had 6 huskies and some of them haven't liked the cold. They prefer to sunbathe in 80+ degrees. I have to bribe or carry some of mine inside on really hot days because they will stay out long enough to give themselves a heat stroke. So please don't get a husky and force it to be out in the cold because they may not enjoy it.
