Genius Guy Restores Extremely Old Manual Forklift // Hydraulic System Restoration
"Pallet lifter with hydraulic foot pump and rudder (for low weight can use the pedal), steel frame with fork tip rounded, directional nylon wheels with brakes and double rollers, fixed width forks. Manual Forklift is equipped with double chain for lifting.recommended where the paving is smooth (eg warehouses) .You can lift the load both through rudder or pedal. For each pumping the forks are raised about 3 cm.The descent is done by pressing the lever on the rudder. And it is controlled and at a safety speed. The load must be evenly distributed on the forks. As with all lifting equipment, care must be taken to the security diagram.Depending on the size and characteristics of the elevator, with increasing height or distance from the center of gravity decreases the flow rate.

You are very good at what you do but please always wear a protective mask when welding, welders flash is very painful, ask me how I know. Thanks for sharing and best regards from Ireland.

Great job on the restore, but you really should learn to turn your amps down on the welder and do a proper weld rather than spot welding like that. Spot welding doesn't melt the material to create a bond, instead it's no different than soldering because you're only throwing welding wire at it instead of melting it into the parent metal. Oh, and I don't know if you noticed or not...but you kinda greased the wrong side of the bearings. Grease works better inside the bearing lol. Just a tip, I got no complaints about your restore tho! I think it turned out absolutely awesome

Going good till you put putty on it. Just to make it look pretty. That’s a WORKING MACHINE. Definitely lousy restoration. Will now unfollow your site
