😲 that was a great ending!! made my eyes pop out ! thankyou
Why do they have disk packs? Does the tail rotor shaft flex a lot? Or do they allow for rotational flexibility?
shigetasan, The tail boom shifts as the helicopter vibrates and flexes. The disk packs prevents, or limits, the damage to the drive shaft, transmissions and bearings by allowing for the miss alignment and flexing.
Actually both! But with excess flex and improper torqued, comes cracked disc packs.
Sir, can you do a show and tell of the Free Wheeling unit? I am having a hard time understanding how that works.
Feel free to check out MrSkidkicker for more information on the freewheel.
Yea kreativ bosku thank motivasinya sir!!
Very nice great success!
Kren bro salam kenal bro👍👍👍
Hal's got the video skills
What is last coupling called?
What is the location of this coupling? Is it between the FWD T/R drive shaft and fan shaft?
Most of these couplings are either tail rotor driveshaft couplings or in the case of the larger ones, engine to transmission.
Thanks a lot...very helpful
Thank you a lot
hello!how many rpm tail rotor drivehaft rotating ? is this thick shaft pipe is aluminium material ?
It is a steel shaft, and requires a periodic time overhaul.
Looks like the 407 driveshaft.
Sir it is just like CV joint ?
Similar purpose but it cannot take up as much angle as the cv joint.
@@halhobenshield5931 yes exactly sir.....
same as an old volvo / scania fuel injection pump set up really.
