Biscuit crumbs (or crumbs from any cookie) 200 g
Butter 60 g
Mascarpone 500 g
Powdered sugar 150 g
Egg 150 g (3 pcs)
Cream 33% 125 g
Corn starch 20 g (optional - only if the mixture is already very liquid)
