いや結構使えますよ。袈裟固めの逃げ方の一番最初の奴は対面で教わった人は本当にみんなアッとかおぉて言う。それくらい簡単できれいにはまるし、上四方や横四方の逃げ方は、はっきり明言してないだけでエビの技術をたくさん使ってる。若干オリジナリティあるものの柔術やコムロックの小室氏も割と近い方法のエスケープ動画を出しています。寝技の補強を何のためにやっているのかを理解してればすごく実践的です。
