Vinland Saga is about Vikings, not pirates. It also tries to be historically accurate, so it won't have any supernatural or fantasy elements. I might get it but I'm not sure. I liked the anime but I'm not sure if the anime adaptation is good enough, or how far into the manga the 2nd season goes into (I haven't seen the second season). I'm still on the fence about it. I got the Mark Spector Moon Knight volume 2 omnibus but I haven't opened it yet. I really enjoyed the first volume; it's really good, so I expect the 2nd volume to be really good as well. X-Factor by Peter David: It's not the most action-packed run but it has enough action and the story is really good. I passed on the first volume (the 90s stuff) because I have half the issues in that omnibus in some other oversized hardcover edition, so I couldn't justify buying it. Volume 2 is great though, and I will be buying volume 3.
I pre-order x factor, mark spector moon knight and daredevil by bubacker. So hopefully I get them soon. I finally got a cooy frank miller daredevil, which should arrive Tuesday.

Now I'm just debating if I go on and get all the small books or if I can actually wait for the rest of the deluxe to come out. Also I didn't even realize the Death Metal omnibus came out so now I'll have to get that.
oh surprised you didnt like vinland saga at first, its really well done imo. i havent bought manga in a couple months i might add that deluxe edition to my collection next time i do a small haul, wanna catch that one on sale like w beserk

Bugs me they’re removing the trade dress from the standard covers with these classic omnis, such a bizarre design choice particularly mid volume run along with the spine design, pretty sure they changed them just so they could have art on the spine like later omnis in the lines. All free real estate for the custom crew.🤷🏻♂️
Gimme your Vinland saga to me XD, I will read it over n over again. Most of people say it pirate things kind of stuff but not for me. It is about Saga of "Vinland". But most important is, it give us a good messages. I like the rest of the book too.

I started with the show and ended reading the manga since the show is unfinished. Only 2 seasons and currently ongoing. Phie would enjoy watching it with you as well. It’s really good.
DC Death Metal is the reason DC Rebirth died. Its always be one of the most hated series for me from DC. Smh. DC Rebirth was DC last chance at restorating DC.

Bruh Vinland Saga is the best manga ever!!!!! But honestly give the anime a watch!!! It is an incredible adaptation that the creator worked hands on as well.
