A friend of mine works as a janitor and when in spring and summer after heavy rains he cleans water drains, he uses a net, such as a mosquito burr. So that the garbage is retained in it. And after the water drains, he removes this mesh. Give it a try, maybe it will help.

Wow at 6.52 the worker guy took the plastic bottle and put it down the drain. So sad that gets in the water ways and pollutes all of our drinking water. Do those guys work for the city?
