People don't care where they throw their trash. How pitiful.
This is what happens when the street cleaners don't do their job, residents and volunteers then have to do the work. Or you wait until the cellar is full and then call the fire department to pump it out.
The people should learn to clean up their trash and not litter especially tourists (should know better)
