Thank you so much for doing a skin care routine for late 20’s. I really hope you guys do night time as well. Its so important to start taking care of your skin earlier rather than later and this definitely helps educate! I try to take the best care of my skin as I can I’m 25 and SPF is a huge part of my skin care routine!
I just turned 27 and I have better skin than I did at 18 because of how much love and care I've been putting into it consistently in my 20s once I learned properly about skincare
As an Australian with sensitive skin I've tried a whole lotta sunscreens! My fav sunscreens are- Nivea sun UV face (doesn't sting my eyes) Dermalogica dynamic skin recovery SPF 50 Kiehls cc cream with SPF 50 🧴😎 Thank you for highlighting the importance of SPF rain, hail or shine ☺️
My favorite sunscreen is from a Japanese brand called Biore but the baby version Has the same great advanced UV chemical filters as the regular non baby sunscreen formulas however the baby version contains no fragrance and alcohol which a lot of the regular ones do
as interesting as this is i love how its assumed that 20-somethings can afford these products... even for those of us with great stable jobs and salaries... most of us cannot justify spending this kind of money on skincare. aren't there decent products that are cheaper? or maybe do a better mix of expensive and budget products as maybe we can splurge on one or two items but our entire regiment shouldn't be 50 bucks or more per product...
great video! wish I had this 15 years ago! lol. do these products work just as well for a lady who is turning 38 next month? (I really wanna try that IT makeup remover) 🙂
I love this! I am 25 and I have pale skin that is really sensitive and turns red super easily, so I’m excited to look into the products you’re using. 😁 Also your makeup looks really pretty, natural and glowy. I would love to see your daily makeup routine. 😊
I love sunscreen! My favorites are by the suncreen company. More specifically Ava Isa Matte Untinted SPF 45 and the Cyberderm Simply Zinc SPF 50. I have sensitive skin so I always go for zinc oxide-based sunscreens and these are fantastic! And yes, I've tested them in 100 degree weather.
Absolute favourite sunscreen: Missha Absolute Sun Block SPF50 Waterproof, the lotion not the gel. Doesn't break me out, no white cast although it is physical and it sits very well with my eczema. I have very sensitive, acne prone skin and could not for the life of it find a sunscreen that didn't break me out after a few uses or was so sticky that it would turn me into a glowball after a few hours.
i love sunscreens too! my favourites are: chemical - la mer reparative face sun lotion combination - hada labo uv white gel physical - purito water sun block primer - frezyderm sun screen velvet face
Great video, I'd love a version of this for late twenties/early thirties on a budget. As for SPF, my favourites are all Asian, K/J beauty. Biore Watery Essence is the BEST, smells like delicious oranges, not greasy at all, and no white cast. Heimish glow base (factor 50) is a good primer, and I also mix it into my foundation. Sunprise is what I use on my hands and neck, it's not sticky, so it doesn't leave any trace, but I find it slightly odd on my face, especially under makeup. It's great for décolletage too!
My go to spf is the Heliocare advanced gel but I did also pick up a very cheap Garnier suncream because I was getting tired of using my good sunscreen in lockdown when I'm barely even going outside and that's actually been surprisingly good too!
Miceller waters should be rinsed off the skin so you’re not leaving surfactants on the skin and causing irritation. So as tempting as the IT Miracle Water is (who doesn’t love packing skin beneficial ingredients in every step), I personally don’t think it’s worth it. I might have to try the Exfolikate tho, I also love anything with lactic acid!
Lilia rinsing with water should be sufficient, it’s really just a watery cleanser. I personally double cleanse at night anyway so I use a micellar water or cleansing oil then my regular cleanser. But if you’re using it alone just rinse it off.
My ultime favourite sunscreen: klairs soft airy uv spf 50 it is honestly just like a daycream but it has spf50, not greasy, no whitecast, just great. It might be a little thick for super hot beach days in the summer so im looking for a gel spf50 just for those super hot summer days, id love to hear all your recommendations!
As a fellow red head super white woman I LOVE Mad Hippie face sunscreen. It smells delightful and I will actually use it every day. I had issues with face sunscreen smells as well and found that I wouldn't use it because I absolutely hated the smell of nearly all face sunscreens. Definitely recommend giving Mad Hippie a try. My all time favorite and now my skin is protected every day. I never leave the house without putting it on.
I know I'm months late to this video BUT I feel like I need to tell you about the Kimberley Sayer ultra light moisturiser with SPF 30. I use it every morning and top up with the Colorscience SPF brush to make sure I'm covered, considering I live in Brisbane, AU and have fair, European skin (I use physical sunscreens only). The Kimberley Sayer moisturiser is absolutely delightful - it smells like lemon cupcakes!
My fav SPF is the super sensitive shield from dermalogica. It is a physical SPF great for sensitive skin. It’s amazing especially after any professional skin treatments! Also great under makeup. ☀️☀️☀️
You should get the Klairs soft airy essence sunscreen. They sell it at yesstyle. It’s a Korean sunscreen that feels like a light moisturizing gel, sinks in fast, has zero whitecast and it actually has brightening properties that make your skin better. If anyone reading this comment hasn’t tried this product, I HIGHLY recommend you do. I promise you won’t go back to U.S sunscreens
I have seen in other videos how the Products of Kyle make red faces as been too much aggressive, I can't say i taste myself, but would I recommend another branch.
Thinksport spf50 sunscreen is my fav. There are some other really good ones out there too. I only buy sunscreens that have zinc as their active ingredient.
I think a great budget friendly sunscreen is Etude House Sunprise Mild Airy Finish. It's super light weight, feels like nothing is on the skin, and doesn't look greasy or oily at all.
Drunk Elephant Umbra SPF 30 sunscreen is great! It does leave you a little greasy at first but if you wait 5 minutes it sinks into your skin. It is one of the few physical sunscreens that doesn't cause breakouts.
Recently started using the neutrogena clear face broad spectrum spf30 that also says *break out free and *oil free. I got really bad oil pockets one time with the olay anti aging moisturizer
I don't really like to use sunscreen before because many comment says it clogged pore and bad for acne prone skin. But went on holiday to thailand and many people asked me to get them "snailwhite" skincare brand. I got curious and saw the sunscreen with spf 50+. Tried it. Love it ever since. Maybe mixedmakeup could make video for sunscreens only?
My favourite sunscreens are the Vichy ideal Soleil anti shine dry touch cream spf, Biotherm urban defense matte spf, La Roche Posay anthelios xl dry touch gel cream spf, and La Roche Posay anthelios mineral tinted spf (although it's a universal shade so doesn't work for fair skin 🙄) .
So far I've been loving the SPF from Tarte, altough you will look a bit shiny.. but i dont mind powdering where i need to ! really want to try the SPF from Neogen and Kopari ! I feel like i hoard them too... but there's so many to try ! lol
25 years old with very oily skin, light skin that tans easily For days when I don't wear make up: Shiseido Wetforce Ultimate Sun Protection Lotion Broad Spectrum SPF 50+ the new invisible version. it doesn't leave a white cast!!!! but is looks oily, so after 20 mins from applying it I have to use an oily absorbing sheet. For day when I do wear make up: shiseido urban environment 43. it does leave a white cast, but it is the most matte sunscreen that I've found. there is a tinted version, but I haven't tried it yet. Both of these sunscreen will run into your eyes if your face gets too wet (ex: like when you go swimming) so at the pool or beach I either wear sun bum which is my preferred or any neutrogena sunscreen if I can't find sun bum.
Hello I see skincare routines everywhere. But me and I am sure also many of us would like to see a video about different options of how to re- apply sunscreen along the day. Specially if we use make up everyday.
Good question! There are a lot of really great SPF "powders" out there that make it easy to reapply without ruining your makeup. I like this one from Supergoop: bit.ly/2JKZndW
I love trying new SPF as well! I use korean brands. One I LOVE is a sunscreen oil from Tony Moly! My dry skin loves it. Another is from NeoGen it’s a moisturizer and SPF in one and its 50+++. The oil I think is 30+++
Supergoop! Sunflower, rosemary, & rice antioxidants. 50 spf broad spectrum. Non greasy, no white haze, no fragrance. Ive been using it about 3 weeks. So far I’m happy with it. Are you familiar with it? Thanks
If I recently changed my skincare and start breaking out a week after, does that mean they are not suitable for me? Or should I wait for a bit more? Thanks
Japanese sunscreens! You’ll never use a Western brand again once you try them, completely changes your perception of what a sunscreen is. No greasiness, no white cast, no smell, and just blends in instantly with its runny milky gel texture. Ugh so good. I love the Japanese Nivea ones especially the Sun Protect Water Gel. The Skin Aqua ones are good. For my dry skin the Canmake Mermaid UV Gel is probably my fave and then my son I uses the Mommy UV Gel which is kid friendly with all edible ingredients supposedly but I’ve actually worn it too including under makeup and it’s great.
Thank you for this video! Love it! Do you do the kate Somerville exfolikate every morning and if not do you put anything in its place or just go from the essence to the vitamin c? Thanks for any advice!
Big thank you to Anna (Red!) for sharing her morning routine with us!
Pleaseee more videos like this... more ideas for routines

Vickiee Vice super important!! Thanks for watching 😊
My favorite sunscreen is from a Japanese brand called Biore but the baby version
Has the same great advanced UV chemical filters as the regular non baby sunscreen formulas however the baby version contains no fragrance and alcohol which a lot of the regular ones do
Your hair is so beautiful, I also loved the little hearts on your nails! Plus your eyebrows are so well defined!
Heidi Matson thanks! It was one of my favorite manicures! ❤️
She's stunning!
Please do it for a night or late 20s, love this video

P R E A C H 👐
Could definitely find good products at whole foods, Amazon, and Korean lines got very cheap
I would recommend Cerave and the Ordinary for effective skincare on a budget
An affordable version would be nice
CeraVe and The Ordinary are great skincare lines and have affordable prices.
Love love love all these products! Hope you guys like this video ❤️

i love sunscreens too! my favourites are:
chemical - la mer reparative face sun lotion

@@skinsciencebymira I do exactly the same!
Shiseido spf 42 is my absolute favorite sunscreen!! not greasy and wears great under makeup!
fruitcandy52 need to try that one! It’s been a while since I’ve used Shiseido, but it was probably the first SPF I ever used!

fav sunscreen is from elta MD! has spf 46 and is amazing for acne prone skin because it doesn't cause breakouts!
Really enjoying that the ingredients are listed and explained as well
My favorite sunscreen is La Roche- Posay Anthelios Clear Skin SPF 60. It has a matte finish that works well for my oily skin.
SUCH a good one!
Hahaha my first thought: "does susan approve??" Anna five seconds later: "I ran this by susan and she approves"

That's one of my favorites!

My all time favorite is krave beauty’s beet shield 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Is late 20s aging?? LAWDDD, I'm crying (28).
Girl same 😣💔
Me too :(
Everyone's aging. These are preventative measures for the effects of aging.
@@EliteXtasy HA so is 14 in comparison to 5. Late 20s is a bit aggressive for an aging skincare routine (my opinion).
Yeah I concur this is a scare tactic to waste money on
The Keihl's Super Fluid Daily UV Defense is amazing! Highly recommend!
YES!! That's a good one!!
Eucerin daily broad spectrum spf 30 is the best. Been using it for the past 15 years!
erica vigil its a classic!
I need the night time routine!!!! Love this video
Without a doubt the Shiseido Anessa Perfect UV sunscreen 50+PA is the bomb! No piling or white cast. Also available in a sensitive version.
so i misread the title and i thought this was a video of women’s skincare routine in the late 20s (as in the 1920s) ....fml
😂
Haha 😂

Ooh, that would be super fun to see!
Giiirl 🤦🏽♀️😂😂😂
Roc illuminaser spf 50 is my current fave

Thinksport spf50 sunscreen is my fav.

I only buy sunscreens that have zinc as their active ingredient.
Loving the focus on redness
My all time favorite as of now is Biotque SPF 50 + & I too have Palmer's Lip balm, my all time favorite too.
The Palmers lip balm is THE BEST! Everyone needs it. haha

do they not sell exfolikate gentle anymore?

I love Biore watery essence for sunscreen
Is this routine sensitive skin friendly? I do have sensitive skin where I have dermatitis flare ups if the products aren’t gentle!
Biore aqua sun essence is my fav sun screen 🌞
It would be great if you guys could do these for different age segments and skin types!

lindah23 thanks for watching! ❤️
My favorite sunscreen comes from cereve !
Thank you so much for the video and please share night routine for late 20s
I always thought that using AHA's (lactic acid in your exfolikate) & vit C was a no-no. Is it okay in the form of a scrub rather a serum?
Try the sunscreen put out by Go To Skincare, its an Australian brand!
She has gorgeous hair!!!!!
Can u also show us ur makeup routine and how u cover redness on ur face
Narmi Ataf i have a couple of makeup routine videos on my personal channel if you wanna take a look ☺️
My favourite sunscreens are the Vichy ideal Soleil anti shine dry touch cream spf, Biotherm urban defense matte spf, La Roche Posay anthelios xl dry touch gel cream spf, and La Roche Posay anthelios mineral tinted spf (although it's a universal shade so doesn't work for fair skin 🙄) .
La Roche Posay has some amazing SPF products! Thank you for all the suggestions!
Loved this! Can we get a night time routine?!
Can you do like an early 20’s skincare routine
Omg Anna! Yayyyy. You’re so pretty!

omg yeess thanks for the SPF recommendation!
Neutrogena Sport Face by far my favorite
I like the sun bum face sun screen and It's 50 spf. I'm very fair too and burn super easy so I need a high spf.
The Defense Essential Glow Moisturizer SPF 30 by Paula's Choice is my favourite!
25 years old with very oily skin, light skin that tans easily
For days when I don't wear make up: Shiseido Wetforce Ultimate Sun Protection Lotion Broad Spectrum SPF 50+ the new invisible version. it doesn't leave a white cast!!!! but is looks oily, so after 20 mins from applying it I have to use an oily absorbing sheet.

so at the pool or beach I either wear sun bum which is my preferred or any neutrogena sunscreen if I can't find sun bum.
Hope u do for for early 30s and mid 30s too.
Try the korean Klairs suncreen. It's one of the best I've ever tried
Your skin is so pretty
Egypa Balindong thanks! I get all my advice from Susan 😉
Okay so favourite sunscreen is jack black sun remedy Spf 45!
When it comes to sunscreen asian brands do the best !! Try Anesa or shiseido in a blue bottle ( basically they’re the same company )
infinitydomi ooh it’s been a while since I’ve used Shiseido spf. My mom used to buy my the stick version when I was younger.
Anna Fryxell and the drugstore brands are good too like biore, sunkiss or Korean brands like too cool for school, Etude house, Corsx

Susan always talks about korean SPF! I need to get my hands on some!
Love this thank you! Would you still put an ultra thin sunscreen like the la Roche posay one on top of moisturizer?
Oooh you have got to do a nighttime routine as well! Your skin is beautiful.
abigail070409 omg thank you! I feel like my skin has been behaving lately. Pretty pleased with it! Haha in the past, I’ve had terrible hormonal acne.

Laura Anderson haven’t tried that one yet, but Supergoops 100% mineral spf is one of my favorites!
What is your take on physical versus chemical sunscreen?
Fav sunscreen is Skin Medica spf 50
You do ALL this in the morning?! It’s not as much as Korean 10 step facial beauty routine but I still ain’t got time for that lol
Everyone from mixed makeup is so beautiful 😍
I like the dermalogica dynamic skin recovery spf 50!
Can y’all do a skincare routine for acne/rosacea skin (I’m 22) (:
Stay tuned ;)

more of these for late 20s plsss
