Loved this apartment, nice burj view and this new build like a half moon, will be amazing when it is all done
no way that's worth 40 million AED, the master bedroom is a complete joke. It's in the bad area of the business bay as well. For this price, you can get a sky garden with a private pool in Atlantis 2. Great video really enjoyed it but this apartment is playing on the name.

Quick question, do u know if these apartments are sold on leasehold terms, similar to the UK (not sure if the concept exists in UAE) or freehold. How does the maintenance of communal parts work? It would be good if u could cover/explain how this works.

don't forget that the burj khalifa is full of luxury and the tallest building in dubai.but there is a apartment that has the Bentley logo including a mansion that has that and the same with a Swedish palace on a island in dubai and also a floating house on the ocean included though so.

Hmmm....owning an $10.2M luxury apartment in Dubai. How many subscribers and views would that be? Dubai is like Las Vegas without the slot machines.
Probably just a short term rental/investment for a few Politians & Royals from elsewhere with a Like to RUclips. Wonder whats underneath those Beautiful Rugs. I did notice thats, Its missing the maids courters & air purifers. Dry Desert weather is a cause for nose bleeding. Dubai seems nice, just a bit scary for some of US. Warm regards Mr Chinn.
