Although the views of the 2nd property were outstanding, it was definitely overpriced; the rooms were disproportionate and poorly designed (imho), and the apartment should have been better prepared (cleaned, staged) for you to view. I think the 1st apartment was much better value for money.

was surprised with the $2000 one. Really worth it. Love the videos. Would love if you could do a video about car renting prices and food prices.
I must say I was not impressed with the $10k/M apartment. How do they expect to rent it out without a proper staging? Furniture is a must, and besides, why wasn't it cleaned? The windows are dirty and the balcony is full of sand... The maid's room is very small and the wardrobes finishings are just plain. Honestly, the only good thing about it is the location & the view

I prefer the first one at JLT for the price & what you get with the building. The second one has just a cool view and pool area but because it’s right on the beach at JBR, it is overpriced I think but I’m certain there is someone ready to spend that much just for the JBR view.
WOW... that JLT is a GEM you guys found, I actually never considered that area before. One JBR is where I liked first, then 52/42. One JBR interior I like more than Address JBR (saying this before your One JBR tour).

Hi guys, hope your well? Great apartments! personally I prefer the first apartment, more space more my style more modern etc I think the amenities are really good I love the roof top views. Both apartments had stunning views oh yeah I’d love to see you show us a 1million dollar a month which is ridiculous 💰😮. 😃

$2000 one is way much more value for the money spent compared to the $10K one.
Very average apartments in currently staying in Vida at Dubai marina it’s much nicer and better value.
