I must say I was not impressed with the $10k/M apartment. How do they expect to rent it out without a proper staging? Furniture is a must, and besides, why wasn't it cleaned? The windows are dirty and the balcony is full of sand... The maid's room is very small and the wardrobes finishings are just plain. Honestly, the only good thing about it is the location & the view
I prefer the first one at JLT for the price & what you get with the building. The second one has just a cool view and pool area but because it’s right on the beach at JBR, it is overpriced I think but I’m certain there is someone ready to spend that much just for the JBR view.
