    This is so helpful to do every day. I notice a difference when I don't do this for a few days now.

    I have emotive eeg device in my hand now. I am using it for neurofeedback brain training for my adhd. I was stuck without development for two weeks. I did this twice today and boom my brainwaves were a lot higher from morning and I feel better overall. Gonna continue to do it once or twice a day with my neurofeedback from now on. It is really effective.

    This is great. But i got 1 question: dripping water and waves are constant, but what to listen when you say for example birds but there is no sound? Is that on purpose or...?

    I think the sounds of birds and kids are not as audible and continuous like other sounds. They become silent sometimes. Is it intentionally done or I am wrong somewhere?

    • @masterofhydroponics
      @masterofhydroponics 3 года назад +1

      I experience the same think as Yadnesh. Especially during rapid attention switching there are some intervals where I don't hear the birds or kids at all. I can always hear the waves, water drip and steps. Might be my lack of skill. I'll keep practicing.
      Anyways, thanks for putting these up 🙂

      Sometimes you can't hear a sound or it isn't there at all. Try to focus on it anyway. As if I asked you to count the number of times you hear the sound of kids. No other sounds would matter, right? Just the sound of kids or the silence between them.

    Thanks for your fantastic tool for training ATT! In ATT Intermediate 1, there are two sounds that are not mentioned in the sequences. "Ping-ping"s at left and a deep blurring sound. What is your intention with these two sounds?

    • @AfternoonBreak
      @AfternoonBreak  2 года назад

      Thank you! I planned to include the "Ping-ping" sound but due to a miss in the recording it disappeared. :)

    Thanks for the video, but I couldn’t hear the steps, unless the steps were going through water, in which case they were very similar to the waves. And what was the metallic chinking noise? That wasn’t mentioned in the instructions. Was it there just to make it harder to hear the other noises. Can you clarify, please?

    • @AfternoonBreak
      @AfternoonBreak  2 года назад +1

      Thanks! The steps are quite hard to hear. Listen for steps on dry leaves. Sometimes there are sounds like the bicycle bell that you don’t need to focus on at all. Just see it as noise in the background.

      @@AfternoonBreak Thanks for clarifying. I listened to the video again through earphones and the separation between the steps and waves was much clearer for me this way. And it never occurred to me that was a bicycle bell, but I can see that now.

    May I ask what this does?

    • @exosproudmamabear558
      @exosproudmamabear558 2 года назад

      It fixes your attention. It is especially good for people who have adhd(Hyperactivity disorder) or anyone who has difficulties to give attention to a task or has concentration problems. It also helps for problems like not being able find stuff even it is right in front of you.
      It is a certified technique has a few articles about it and pretty effective. I have an eeg machine in my hand right now and it increases my alpha and beta entropies even though I only started to do it yesterday.

    When are we supposed to switch from beginner to this one?

    • @exosproudmamabear558
      @exosproudmamabear558 2 года назад

      When beginner feels too easy and you can do the intermediate one. If you can do advanced one, do that but it was too difficult for me for example but beginner felt too east so I started intermediate.

    Thank you very much for these audios!
    One question: why are some of these 8 selective attention + 2 attention switching +2 divided attention and others 5+5+2?

    • @AfternoonBreak
      @AfternoonBreak  3 года назад +2

      It was actually a mistake. All videos except the first I recorded (intermediate 1) are 5+5+2.
