My worst day was probably this day where I felt very depressed and very much dysphoria (I'm trans.) I also had a long panic attack, everything was too much and my parents didn't understand. My mind was full of dark thoughts and I felt very empty. At the evening I lost my head and cut myself.

Depression is only another hurtle that you have to jump over. It may be a small one for some people but for others it can be big. I have let depression take over my life and broke me down so much but I have to learn to overcome my depression and leap over it. It might not be today or next week or even a year but I know that it takes time to overcome something that can hurt you the most. Just keep your chin up and have a smile on your face. Don't let anyone make the hurtle even higher. You're the only one who can make the jump. No one can do the jump for you. They can be there for support but they can't just jump it for you

My worst day was when my sister commited suicide when I was 4 when I asked can I go see Becky they lied and said she had been murdered but when I found out she commited suicide in year5 one and a half years ago I felt like killing them because they lied Becky was my half sister but the person who I was closest to in my family I really wish she was still alive because if she was right now it wouldn't of been the worst day of my life and also when I found out my neighbour commited suicide that was another worst day he had one child with the lady next door and then two stepchildren they where all happy until that day when he died the mom started to put bouncy castles outside in our parking lot so that they would feel a bit better and she blasts music as well. When I found out he killed himself I cried I couldn't take I know more people considering suicide my BFF who is a boy and had a lucid dream about killing himself and then myself obviously I'm getting sorted out so that I can have pherapy and build up my self esteem. When I was at primary they would talk about bullying and I would cry considering my sister killed herself because she was called overweight and bullied I was bullied when I was in year three which was when I considered suicide but didn't tell anyone unti year four and I still feel the same way but probably a bit worse everyone is saying that the secondary school I'm going to is gonna make things worse but I don't care I have already made a new friend his name is jack and one of my neighbours who lives one house away from me is also going smiths wood and some of my friends from primary are going but most of them are going grace. The last worst days are when my BFF from when she moved to this school in year 3 and became my friend but in y6 she started to pretend being my friend and treating me like a piece of shit that went on for a few days people carried on coming to me to try and help me and see if I was ok but I ignored them because I know that they where on her side because she was sending them to comfort me she later told me although I should of accepted that comforting but I didn't. One of the days I called her a prick and told her to fuck of and that was when my depression was at its lowest point the only two people I could trust where boys names are Blake Delany and Kyle Evans and a few others but they where the ones supporting me the most with my other BFF Summer Syska I could also trust Louise Roberts, Charlie Scanlon and Kian Rogan My Ex at the time. The reason that me and the person who hopefully reads this and realises that was me weren't friends was because there was rumour going down that Kian called her a Slut and a Rat so obviously when I talk to him or go out with him she thinks I am taking his side when me an her weren't friends it wasn't easy to stay happy or say something in lessons I kept my head down low wishing it would all be over wishing something or someone would end my life but then one of the days spoke to her but the day after she started to pretend being my friend again and that was when I literally fell part I could have thrown my phone up the wall and smashed it I was that mad at her I literally sloped down to the floor and started crying that was then my face turned black at school I would keep my head down signing that I was depressed but no one I could trust came I would sit in the classroom and be ignored walk around the field be ignored and then they day we became friends it was the best although this happened once more after I was relived we where friends again but when someone started to go out with some one I got jealous (not Lillie and Ryan btw)at the disco they got loads of attention whereas when I was going out with him we got none when I first went out with him two of my friends stop being my friend then one of them sent her sister to punch me in the stomach I was mortified I couldn't believe she did that at least I had him to comfort me one of the times I broke up with him and my friends left me I felt guilty he is a kind fella although I regret all the times I broke up with him no offense if you Alexis read this but if all them rumours hadn't of gone round none of this pretend friends would have went on I know Kian said whats the point of having a gf at this age when you where going out with him and I'm sorry I dated your EX so many times was rude to you so many times and even said that I would kill myself for me and you to be friends again on the last friendship brake up but it proves how much I cared for you and still do care for you so please never ever forget me even if we are not friends when we are older never forget me cuz ill never forget you I did love kian with all my heart but when you stopped being my friend it hit me and I thought why am I going out with Alexis' Ex I'm a terrible friend some one kill me that's why I broke up with him so many times. Kian loved me as well the last time I broke up with him was when I blocked him on WhatsApp what he said made me bawl he said that he loved me that brought my self esteem down to the level that it is now and why I feel suicidal I hope Kian and Alexis Brown are going to read this comment so they know how much I care about them and Kian learns the truth why I broke up with him you to Alexis but please don't take it in the wrong way
And that is why I wish my life would come to an end one day. I know that I'm not the only 11 year old feeling this way but I just wanted to share my story with u all.#

@@shark4231, As being only a year older than you now, I feel you, I recall crying on the bathroom floor from age 7. I don't talk much so I used that as an excuse to go to a councillor, I don't claim to be depressed as I can't prove it, but I know that seems to be the cause, I still do selfharm I've now recently promised myself to stay happier, even under fake identity.
