Almost 2 years letting my curly hair long and went to get a haircut last week but that lady the barber told me a mid fade was was not going to look good on me because the rest of my long hair was going to hang o something like that, so since this is my first time letting my hair grows I didnt know what haircut to ask her so she didnt give me any advise, she cut my long hair with scissors and leave it very short from top 😭😭 now I have to wait long time for it to grow
Hi I clicked on this video because I noticed me and the guy that’s getting a haircut in this video seem to have the same hair type. At the start of the video, before the haircut, his dry, curly hair is exactly how mine looks but at the end of the video his curls look hydrated and not dry, also the curls look very defined and not untidy like at the start. What product did you use on his hair to get it hydrated and to look like that? Would really appreciate some feedback as I have been struggling with styling my hair and this is how I’d like my hair to look
Not a hairstylist just someone with wavy/curly hair with a nephew that has hair texture very similar to the guys in the video. When we style his hair, we make sure it’s wet and use a mousse. For his hair the wetter it is the better because it dries very quickly and the extra water helps evenly distribute the products. After mousse we take out some water with a microfiber towel (helps with the frizz) then we put a gel. We use a diffuser to set his curls and dry the hair and gel to about 80% dry and then let the rest air dry. Once it’s all dry we lightly scrunch out the crunch with oil and he gets a soft bouncy hydrated looking curls. The products will depend on how much your hair can handle. We can’t handle super heavy products as it weighs down our hair. Hope this helps!

How is the name of this style fade but in bun style with bigger hair 🤔 I wish you was my hair cut barber. Becasue know i see that you are someone with experience in that. My hair cut is turk and never know how to cut like a pro. They only know to cut only one style 🤦♂️ and they only cut with one clipper. They don't know to made a counter style on the head, how you did in this video 😉
