Lyle, you've done it again! I really enjoy your Friday podcast. I told my wife if we ever get back to vacation in Madeira Beach,I'm going to have to drive down your way. Thank You for all your time & info.
Nice video. Just installed these on my C5 and no one seems to mention the right side being a bit more difficult due to the power antenna and the trunk cubby wall being in the way. Unless you have thin, long arms...or I'm doing something wrong. I ended up taking the wheel off, then the cowling and the light was right there. Take your time removing the nuts as they can be reused very easily. They look great. Thanks again for posting.
These marker lights are fun until they cause TPMS failures. The ones the original owner put on my current C7 Z06 have been a PITA and I went back to stock marker lights
I would like to see is more if any of stuff on the unloved c4 that im redoing right now its one of my retirement projects and i love it just not much on them out there and i dont understand that it was such a big game changer for the corvette world just thought i would put that out there love your channel man keep it up
The problem with these ones they are made in China NOT US we don't know how long the light will be stay and material they are cheap but they look good...thanks for the video
I bought a set for my C7 (Direct from China) and not more than 2 months later 3 leds on one of the rear markers are no longer working. By the way all re-branding names all look like they are made by the same manufacturer. I'm in the process to get the seller to send a replacement.
And that is exactly why you deal with a privately owned business, not a corporate catalog or faceless website. We handle problems like this in-house and deal with the manufacturer AFTER the customer has been satisfied. I hope your supplier solves the issue painlessly. Lyle
@@csvette True it's better to deal with an honest shop even though it's rare these days. For us in Canada prices are outrageous and most stuff has to be imported internationally, for example the Morimoto "Lambo" tail lights that you guys pay at 500$ well it cost me a 1000$ when all fees were added up. So sometimes buying direct from China (when it's the exact same thing) I could buy 2-3 sets for the price of something coming from the US.
Smoked lens only. They make a clear lens that I do not care for, so I don't carry it. You can paint the lens to match the car, too, but I want NO part in trying to match paint on anything, ever. Lyle
These lights are just what the doctor ordered. Thank you Lyle. I just now ordered a set for my C6 GS. Save the Wave.🙋🏼♂️

Perfect timing for my birthday present idea to the wife. Thanks Lyle!
It didn't take her long. Ordered!

Have learned that since mine is a ragtop, this is the reason for the power antenna motor and its location.
I have the LED rear side markers on my C5 and they look great!! I have switchback bulbs up front
Nice presentation! I’ll be ordering soon for my C7

For the C5 is there a front kit on the way?
Very nice!!
Do these lights throw the TPMS ?? Thank you
Not in our experience...we all have them on our own cars and have sold hundreds over the last couple of years without that being an issue once. Lyle

When will there be one for the C5 Brake Light?
I hare those ones that have all the LED Dots.
There already is one. Look on Ebay
Great Video. Thanks!
For the C5 do they come in red lens too?

What is the brands name?
We buy direct from the factory overseas--no brand name attached to them at that point. Lyle
