Forgot all about this, Truex beat THE MAN in IROC. My 2 favorite drivers, just HAPPEN to have Martin in their names.

The funnest thing I ever done with my father was too get together on Sundays to watch Mark Martin . My father passed in July of 2010 and 2009 was a blast for me and my father and All Mark Martin fans .

What nascar should be. Those are gutted race prepared firebirds. A "stock" car

Those cars were all rigged to win if you got the money 💴

@@johnisenberg6259 I'm sure Mark Martin had a lot more money than Dale Earnhardt.

3:52 ... Teresa Earnhardt... ugh. Everytime I see her in speeches like this about "HoW mUcH dAlE lOvEd RaCiNg IrOc" it makes me gag. When Dale was running DEI that company was such a powerhouse of NASCAR. Enter Teresa... DEI went to hell in a handbasket. I believe her intentions were good at first but as time went on she became so greedy that she ran that train off of a cliff. If Dale would not have been killed at Daytona who knows what could have been. Teresa is where she belongs to be right now... far far away from racing altogether and a HUGE enemy of NASCAR.

My father was always for the underdog , watching Nascar with him , he would point out how Nascar would obviously set Mark Martin up to go down a lap with questionable caution calls , avoid mentioning his name or give him camera time . If Martin was in 5th they would show the top 4 , if he was in 4th they would show the top 3 and so on. Did you see the save martin made in the beginning of the race . No replay , No mention . LoL No maybe about it , Martin would have won at least one championship if they EVER decided to get off his back . But about the time kenslouski joined the circuit , NASCAR started disrespecting all the veteran driver's . And started on a path continuous rule and equipment changing to find a package that would favor the rooky . Iroc , the race of champions had to go .
