Nice to see channels still honoring and working on engines like the Pontiac 301 turbo TA’s, the Buick 3.8 Turbo’s GN’s, and the Chevy 4.3 Turbo Syclone and Typhoon’s.
Not a lot of GN content on RUclips. Old timers are dying off and builders are busy building. I appreciate you recording and sharing your knowledge. Keep it coming
Thanks! Our goal is to genuinely help folks. Wrenching, filming, editing, + marketing is quite the task. But if it helps someone, I'm down for it. 🧑🏾🎤 Dev
Dev is the man! He's been a great source of knowledge for me with my GNs. I called him and said "I want another Grand National", he was on plane the next day to Dallas and I now I have a ridiculously cool car added to the collection.
My man I use to own a 87 GN and a 87 white T TYPE sold one and wrecked one if I ever buy another one you will be doing your magic on it for sure, you guys are the best at WATTS PERFORMANCE out of everybody in my opinion.
❤❤CUSTOMER (86T-TYPE OWNER) KILOWATT AND FAM WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR CAR!!! This video is a great testament to that. Gotta Have a recipe put on my 20th anniversary when I get it back.❤
Thank you 💯💯💯 & yep our client (Chad) got his car back and I think he's pretty happy about it. We Even gave him a few extra pounds of boost before the final delivery. Stay tuned for the next video where we installed the new harness
@@wattsperformanceI can't wait it's the best content by the KILOWATT himself strap in Buick Motorsports fans!!! Kilowatt doesn't know it yet but he's the best....
Great question. For this particular package, our go to headers are the TA Performance Stock Replacement Headers. They simply fit, the hardware and gasket kit is nice, + these headers are the most cost effective headers that fit. We've tried every header on the market. Few fit without surgery. Regarding the Cruz stock replacement headers, they are a nice alternative solution. They've made some positive changes, and they fit. I recommend a "stock replacement header" for those under 650 horsepower. Once you go over that, it's time to consider a race style header with longer primaries. "Primary" Reason: The shorter primaries found on the stock style headers will create excessive heat, which in turn will prematurely crack the headers. - 🧑🏾🎤 Dev

I love the transparency while working on this car. Great work as always!
Attention to detail. Very evident in this video and in the finished product from Dev.
Thanks Big John! Glad that you got to see the car run from a "live" POV. Electrical problems are solved! ✅✅✅
Glad to see this Dev.Nice
Thank you 🫶🏾

This content translates to all A-Body('78-'81), all G-Body('82-'88), a little of 3rd gen F-Body & GMT325 (1st Gen S10 truck) also.
Amazing vid, what’s the name of the background music?
Thank you.
"CareFree" is the name of the instrumental.
Love some GM "peanut butter" connector grease!
You'll see plenty of that "burnt peanutbutter" on the next video. No wonder these cars don't work right.
GM G-Body Shenanigans. The last vestiges of the "Malaise Era"😒 Shout to the Algorithm for the suggestion of this channel!
Love it dev.
Thank you 💯

How long did the harness take to remove in total? Thanks
Removing the harness is typically a 4 to 12 hour process. Just depends on how much stuff is in the way.
Interesting
Any questions?
Do you use the Cruz headers or another brand?
Great question.

Why you using a Casper’s harness that’s made wrong per the manufacturer?
Great topic! Can you help us with more information? What's incorrect about the Casper's harness?
