It's so impressive! And thank you! Watch out for my next one that I'm filming tomorrow and should be posting within a few days. It's unbelievable with amazing views.
Hey I just found your channel and look forward to seeing more great houses like this one! I watch a ton of real estate/house tour videos and there’s always one or two homes that push them over the edge, this is one of yours.
Thanks Ariana! I really appreciate your support. I'm filming one here in a few hours that is going to be the best one so far. I should have it uploaded within a couple of days so I hope you enjoy it.
Absolutely beautiful home. Love the commentary-free production. I would love to own this. I do wish there was some grass for kids to run, but the pool is awesome.
Thank you so much for that feedback. I've wrestled with that one and even tried it once where I was talking more now I've come back to this. Check out my newest upload and let me know if I'm doing better. Thanks again!
@Gospel Bites... I just noticed your question! This builder is Edgepoint Builders in Utah County. Let me know if you have any questions at all and thank you so much for the Sub!
I was very disappointed with the size of the Master bedroom! Very small but large bathroom was nice. The finishings could be more upgraded and larger main living areas, kitchen, dining room. For the price, it needs to be larger in every room but I liked the layout and the pool.
That ceiling in the primary bedroom is a tray ceiling which is just a cool architectural detail especially given the high ceiling height. Based on 10:12, I hope that answers your question😁
Aside from Tooo much Gold, nice House, but, I have viewed bigger houses more Bdrms with Theater, Gym and other Similar Amenities lower priced, Maybe it's the area and the Gold.
Hi Charlotte! I agree, it's a lot of finishes with the gold undertone but it's much more muted in person when it's not at sunset. As for price, this spot is expensive for 2 reasons, #1 is for the views, and #2 is that prices have ballooned in Utah so much over the last few years to the point that nearly leads the nation. Other Intermountain states and cities have seen similar price elevations (Boise, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Denver, etc)
It's been a trend in luxury homes to place them near garage entries, exercise rooms, and other places so that water bottles can easily be filled with cold, filtered water. It's certainly not found in the average home and certainly warrants the question!
there's no a formal dinning room for this price home! and the backyard is not great, pool nice but to much stars to basement. Upstair the rooms is not there.
Formal dining rooms here in Utah have just about become a thing of the past. The backyard does have an amazing pool and yes, I would also love it if it had more space and if those basement stairs weren't right there as you walk out.
Every market is completely different and a $5 Million home can't be compared against one another when they are in different markets. This home would be much more expensive in a different area as much as it would be much less expensive in another.
Definitely overpriced. No way it goes for more than 2 mil. You can easily compare houses across different markets especially if they are the same price; silly comment. This same house in a rich suburb in Southern California could probably fetch the 5.5, but no one with that much money lives or wants to live in Vineyard. Clickbait title worked on me. Congrats

Absolutely beautiful, I laughed when I saw all the clothes and cologne/perfume in the closet 😂. I love all the gold accents, very well done 👍🏼
I'm glad you enjoyed!

What a Beautiful Castle, loved the view of the mountains .
We are spoiled here with our mountains for sure.

Maybe one day!
❤ Stunning!!
Thanks Vence!
Wow this house has it all….❤️
I agree with you Minnie😁
Nice to see that an agent knows that they don't need to speak during their videos. Let the videos tell the story.

@@scottdsteele I like guided tours . Actually, I believe they make for better videos. You get information in places where you may have questions.
NICE!!!!
Thanks!
This is a HOME not a house but a Home... Other multi million dollar houses are huge and feel cold and industrial.
I agree, and while most luxury homes that are contemporary or modern in design, they feel sterile and unliveable.
So true!
Wow! I’m blown away! Builder pls? New sub here.

Hi Vicki! Yes, that master bedroom was undersized for this home in my opinion as well. I agree with you!
Did your disappointment lead to loss of sleep. Are you sad.
Wow suor lusso stupenda peccato che rimarrà nei miei sogni
I'm not sure what that has to do with this video?
What would you say those primary roof pitches are? 10:12 or 12:12?
That ceiling in the primary bedroom is a tray ceiling which is just a cool architectural detail especially given the high ceiling height. Based on 10:12, I hope that answers your question😁
I love the pantry, but prefer a double sinks instead
I cannot argue with that!😁
What do the owners do for a living?! Because this is amazing!
Hi Jades! The owner of this home is the home builder himself.

The Hide and Seek Home.
Precisely!
A water fountain?
The swimming pool has several fountain -like scuppers that shoot water up and into the pool.
Where is the place
This is in Vineyard, Utah which is 40 min south of downtown Salt Lake City

6:06 why would have a water fountain in your home

The toilet paper formations were fantastic. Obviously a very nice house. Yawn!!

This house is overprice , i visit much better house for less money, and better location.
