1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium onion diced
1 green bell pepper finely diced
1 pound boneless chicken breast
4 oz green chiles (1 can) undrained
3 cans Great Northern Beans (or Navy beans), drained & rinsed (14.5 oz cans)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cumin
¼- ½ tsp cayenne pepper optional
8 ounces cream cheese cut into cubes
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
Optional garnishes: cilantro avocado, lime tortilla chips
