Vote best for you The Yellow or Brown ?
Yellow!
How is yellow
Yellow looks delicious 🙂
The yellow looked tasty. I wish you had given more info on what flours you used. Was the black wheat, rye, or pumpernickel? What was the green in the turmeric flour?
Yellow!!! Thanks Vito for all the knowledge
i wanna make a drinking game with my girlfriend.
Each time Vito says "Let's go ahead" we drink.
wish me luck guys
Vito, I love you! I am a double subscriber, but I am not normally the kind of person to leave comments or likes. I love you so much that I started watching the oldest ones. I have worked at one of the most authentic Italian pizza restaurants in Australia. The owner was from Italy, and his name was Mario, the pizzialo, Franchesco, was from Naples and was imported to Australia specifically to make the pizza for this restaurant. I learned a lot from them both. i know you have have invested your life and money into this channel, Vito, and I wish you all the luck there is possible! I've watched almost 150 videos so far, and sometimes 20 in one night, old and new. Tonight I just saw the blindfold video from 9 years ago and have a suggestion for you. Please consider a re-make of that video, but if you can try to do it at the same location as before or another one that you have been familiar with in the past, it would be better. I think it would be more successful in a real-world setting than it would be in your new studio. At the time you made that video, you were just starting out. Now you have more viewers and more experience, so it would be more successful because it shows the high levels of your artistry and skill since you started at 8 years old! Perhaps it could be something for you and your team to think about. I say all this with heartfelt sincerity, from your unknown friend, Drac.
I pray this message gets through your filters to you directly. Good luck with everything, bro! P.S I can't help but watch your videos until the end since I saw your video about that!
You have "Soft & Crunchy" t-shirts.
Maybe the next t-shirt can have "Nice & Strong" on it ?
Canned pumpkin gives dough a nice color also.
I have just tried the yellow bun recipe and they came out great! I used about a tablespoon of turmeric 😊
Looks Delicious!
Both look really great!
Looks delicious.
Excellent looking buns. You made great sandwiches with them. Cheers, Vito! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️
Great thanks Vito
These look amazing! Can't wait to try them
The gluten on that tumeric dough is insane
Love the channel for the pizza staying for all the carbs!!!!
Because it’s not a video without unsolicited internet advice😂. Let those buns cool before slicing. They are still in gel phase. The starches need to set properly to get a truly light and airy bun. The hot buns will seem wetter and denser.
The smile on your sister's face when she tasted the egg and truffle burger was the best. It shows why we love to cook so much. Thanks for sharing.
😊 thank you
That was actually a great video, the bread looks delicious!
Glad you enjoyed it!
looks tasty
Epic!
Wow Vito, insane idea for this channel!! I have to try those buns, the yellow dough is really nice
Hope you enjoy!
So cool
That's good
Both you and Chainbaker say keep the smooth outside surface out on top. I didn't get the importance of that earlier in my life. It's a great tip. Thanks!
Nice buns!
perfect
Vito we need a Panettone recipe for Christmas my Friend ;D
Coming up
Thank you for your hard work and efforts to making every single video❤
(Fc from 🇹🇭Thailand)
Merry christmas from Belfast
You didn't mention how to make the yellow and black flour
Very gòd indeed
really interesting! i like the yellow one :)
how much turmeric did you put in the 450g of flour? what about the seeds?
Yummmyy❤❤
The recipe looks great, but I think I’m missing the ingredients used to make the two types of buns different. You mentioned turmeric and seven grain as the differences, but the recipe doesn’t cite how these are added. It just refers to flour and doesn’t state what type, all purpose of bread or whole wheat. Could just use some clarification on the other ingredients needed to make the two different rolls.
the recipe still the same for any flour u use
Hello and thanks for your response!!! Love your videos and started making your pizzas using our new pizza oven. Huge hit with everyone here. You da man and congrats on all your success!
So regarding the rolls, getting the yellow version requires turmeric but I don’t believe that you buy ‘turmeric’ flour. You have to add it, but what amount, and also what ingredients make those colors? You mention ‘tumeric’ and ‘seven grain’ once but unsure what specifically you are using, and how much, to get the colors you are getting.
Forgive my ignorance on this. Just want to get these right. Thanks again!!
@@vitoiacopelli.....but what makes the dough yellow or brown?????🤷
@Patchworkdaddy007 turmeric = yellow, add as much as you feel you need without overpowering the flavour. Rye flour I beleive is used for the dark heavy breads.
@@Patchworkdaddy007turmeric and white flour gives you yellow and wheat flour will come out darker brown
Hi Vito!! I am from Russia and your video so energy and your pizza very cool too! Thank you!
10 every time ❤
Hello vito please make video ( how to make Neapolitana pizza in cold day) ♥️♥️♥️
The brown one looks like the bread they give you at Outback
“They are super soft, (…) they look amazing.”
LOL, "not too spicy" as you wipe away a tear. These both look great and I can't choose a favorite. Of the two sandwiches, of course it depends on the time of day and mood but I'd usually prefer the spicy sausage one. Just my opinion.
Please make some naan, pita bread. Bite size and normal.
Italian burger time.
You really rock Daddy
Waaaw
What kind of flour?
❤❤❤
Looks great!!
Next time please make a rosetta, nice and airy per un bel panino barese!😉
Is on my channel already ❤

Is that spicy salami the same as what americans call pepperoni or a different kind sausage?
Yes

It’s the same

Most people do not have a a Spiral stand mixer and never will. Better off hand kneading or using machines that the majority might have. I know a RUclipsr who did great pizza videos and then lost views when he got a Famag spiral mixer as most could not relate to that content as they could not replicate. Spirals are the best but 90%+ home cooks do not have and never will.
Will you have tshirt like in the episode with soft and crunchy? I only see a hoody 😢
yes soon soon
Vito is dont want to use egg with what i replace it with
Search RUclips for vegan burger buns. You'll find a few suggestions for egg replacements. Good luck.
Ok
That must have been very spicy, if you had to go for the milk at 17:08 , haha
You like the black buns Vito?
The burned bread channel, burned on the bottom, lol...
nae rolls, meight...
Mr pizza 🍕 flame 🔥 your Buns 🍔it’s a baby of your amazing pizza 🫡 I will try to do it
Bro you been following that Crust Calisthenics program? Put those arms away, some of us are scared by big guns
Hiding your buns until now dear sir!
Way to leave out some ingredients….pfft
After 3 years, it's the first time I push the dislike button Vito. Many people ask you to provide the full receipe. it's easy, you just edit the description and ad the missing ingredients and their quantities (seeds, tumeric etc).
This channel will die if you insist on showcasing a thousand dollar mixer. Just saying.
Congratulations on your one million subscribers, but you're losing one today. I liked your videos better when they were focused on home cooking. I can't afford your $1000.00 mixer, which I assume will be highlighted in all your future videos. Hope you go back to at least include hand kneading instructions too.
Almost every dough can be handmade and kneaded man, dont need a mixer just makes it easier.
Yeah if you think the mixer is all that makes the product, stick to take-out. All of this can be done by hand or a KitchenAid, easy.
Well I’m sorry if. You think this
No my future video actually will be made at home 100% because I’m actually building a home studio at the moment and I’m also making a video about it.
@@codyperratore5230 - I'm not saying that - I know I can knead by hand. . . I'm saying that I anticipate his future videos will be all about "pimping" his mixer instead of the traditional and humble means which got him to a million viewers.
Waóhola
Hi Vito, congratulations with the great success of this channel. Here in the Netherlands in Utrecht, an owner of a pizza restaurant created a bun in 1977 and it is a great success ever since. To me it seems this success is because of the bread as it is very light to eat and digest even they are enormous. I am looking on how to create them at home. There is even a Wikipedia page about the bun. nl.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broodje_Mario
I forgot to ask, why didn’t you use poolish for the dough?
