Hi, I'm coach of a range of different teams and ages groups, ranging from 5-30 years over 5 different teams. I am having a bit of trouble with the mid range teams getting the kids excited, happy about doing drills and also having some kids under control, the problem ages are 13-17. What would you suggest I do to improve this?
YouGoPro well I used to coach and would like to get back into it again one day. I actually have developed a handbook that I give to parents and players at the first meeting. Then they need to read it and sign off with it.
YouGoPro it’s always evolving. It lines out things from game day to practice to bus rides to bench behavior to riding home with parents after games. I try to cover everything to cover my butt.
