Thank you. This was very helpful. I just ordered the Togo($260) and RockPals ($150). Instead of just carrying 4 little chargers around (lol). These will help while camping and all day fishing trips.
Excellent comparison! Thank you! I'm tempted to pull the trigger on the Togo 240, on sale now at Amazon for $160. Hey I came across your video today. Great review and info. I'm curious if you know the answer to this question. I'm a DJ and I'm looking to put together a wireless ceremony system. I have a pair of EV Evolve 50 speakers. Power consumption is 1.5 amps 100-240 V AC. Would any of these units be enough to run these two speakers for an hour?
What is the Output power for each port? Will Prowse does a great breakdown of how the output and input ranges from devices. Im curious if the Wattfun out performs the Jackery in that aspect also interested in all their performance.

Honestly, of these 4 the Togo Power Advance 350 would be my choice. I love the wireless charging on top. I'm also a fan of the flat top design. I don't like having a fixed handle. I'm in a YJ and space is extremely limited and the boxier design means it can fit in more places or have some items stacked on it. Great review!

Hey there! Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the video and the Togo Power Advance 350. It sounds like you really enjoy the wireless charging feature and the flat top design of the Togo Power Advance 350. Thank you so much, I go the To-Go Unit for 199.00 on sale today at Adorama :) Thank you for the comprehensive review. I like the weather covers on the To Go unit most since I do a lot of all-weather video work on location. Keeping dust, dirt, and precipitation out of those connection ports is meaningful. Nice job, I found your channel by doing a search for the To-Go Pioneer 330. You were the top recommendation by RUclips :) Side-note, one thing you didn't mention is if they have fans that run? Noise is a factor with video gear, I'm taking a guess that they are pretty quiet, or I just have to drape the unit for sound dampening.
This was extremely helpful! I've been leaning towards the Rockpals however, after seeing this, I really like the Togo Power. I'm thinking I'll just save my money and get the Togo Power. Thank you very much for your time and detail. 🙌🏾

I have been doing research on power stations for about 3 months - PTSD from the Snow Apocalypse we had in TEXAS Feb of 2021. This is by FAR the MOST INFORMATIVE comparison video I have seen. It helped me avoid spending $500 and up out of sheer panic for the upcoming Winter season - we still have a shady Power Grid issue here in TEXAS. Thank YOU Thank you Thank you... and THANK YOU one more time!
I'm sorry to hear that the snow you encountered in Texas brought you inconvenience and huge costs. I think many people in Texas need mobile power to avoid danger! I got the 300 watt jackery version. Perfect little power station for all my charging needs. The 500 watt seems kind of lacking in features for it's asking price tag so I settle with the sweet 300 watt for a great price. I have use it with all my road trip and let me tell you, I love it. It's more than enough for all my needs. Small portable and compact at the same time, packs a punch when I needed. The two outlet along with the PD USB C and 2 extra USB port charging is what sold me on the 300 jackery explorer. It's well worth every penny and not overly expensive. As for all those other that you have here on review just didn't exceed my expectation. They're either too bulky or just seems sketchy in terms of quality and ergonomic. As for the wattfun I feel the handle is kind of flimsy and can break off and the ergonomic is just not there for me versus the jackery. To me the jackery 300 just seems to be the better version in terms of portability and compact size with ergonomic without the added weight and bulkiness.
Hi from St. Louis, Missouri! Thanks for the review as I have heard about Jackery but none of the others. Very impressed with the Wattfun, at face value, and am ordering one next. Thanks!
I went with the WattFun after your review. I have the Setpower fridge all is well . Thanks for the very thorough review. Saved some coin and got exactly what was needed. Will continue watching you TYVM
The Togo shouldn't have been included. It isn't 300 w, but 350, so another power level. BTW, if you step up to the Rockport 500, it does have USB C 60. And the Rockpal 500 also has managed 12V. But basically, you're comparing why the others aren't as good as the Togo.
FYI the watt fun can only charge @66 watts on solar. This is from their customer service team. The 100 watt solar panel capability is kinda misleading on the wattfun teams part.

I have two Snugmaxs 350 now, by accident, but I considerate it a blessing, and I ran one of them the other day playing music for a feeding-the-hungry church ministry. (I had the other on standby in case it ran out of juice) I plugged a speaker system into it, the Bose L1 Compact, running about 100-200 watts. I had another speaker system from a friend, pushing probably almost the same. I had my keyboard, a small 6 watt output, and a mixer which is running 12 watts. When I had all that plugged into the power strip (plugged into the outlet on the Snugmax) It was only drawing 38 watts of power. We ran that thing for three hours straight, maybe a little more, and get this, THE POWER LEVEL ON THE SNUGMAX DIDN'T LOSE ONE BAR! I and everybody who was paying attention with me was stoked! I am glad I have two. At $150.00 each from Walmart, YOU CAN'T GO WRONG!
Great review. You really helped me make my choice on what one to get. I just ordered the Togo, the wireless phone charging swayed me. They also have amazing tech support. I got mine for my air mattress and charging gadgets. I use the Ecoflow River Max for my fridge and it works really well.
I run the Progeny 300w (299wh/Pure sine). Tested it on my 37L fridge. lasted 37 hours. Paid 179.99 on Amazon and even lucked out with the Progeny 120w solar panel for 130 on amazon. Panels charge the power station like a champ. Absolutely love the setup.

My GMG pellet grill needs 240W start / 60W cont. ... what do you suggest, or could I use something like a power station with 1200 power amps with 500W inverter ? ... thank you in advance
Thank you, Matt! I bought the Jackery Explorer 1000 paired with SolarSaga 100w Solar Panel. This gets me through 3-4 days of heavy use out camping and hooked up to my fridge entirely.
I two of these that you are testing and I use them in emergencies to power my two 54qt refrigerators and a 37qt refrigerator. I have 400w of solar panels in two banks of 200w. I can run mine indefinitely.
Dude!!! 2000 cycles!!! Wattfun all the way!!! Thanks for this. All you hear about, all day long, is Jackery this or that (must have had a huge advertising budget). I wanted to see something like this…how Jackery compares to the competition!!! Just getting into camping in my jk and this is going to come in handy!!! Can you advise about a solar panel to pair with the wattfun?
I bought rich solar 160W CIGS panel today. A bit expensive and oversized for wattfun 298wh, but in camping there is rarely ideal solar irradiance. CIGS panels are good in cloudy and partially shaded conditions. And it is flexible, no need to worry about cracks.
@@philthyphill8753 Works well -- taking it out this weekend camping. I bought a 100w solar panel to charge it, but only getting 65w max out of it -- not sure if it's the wattfun or the solar panel, friends I'm camping with have some panels, going to try theirs
Yea the wattages it says won’t give you that. I always say your going to get half to 3/4 of what whatever watt solar panel you get. I have a 100 w panel and I got 65-85 constantly with full sun. No clouds.
@LymnJuice How is your Wattfun holding up? I'm considering purchasing one. Specs on paper are good and all, but I'm wondering how it performs real world, and longevity. There's quite a few reviews of failure within a couple months.
@@ralaroco Have used it a few times, I'd recommend it. Has been sitting for last 2 months and is holding charge well, so great for emergencies. Not drained it all the way yet.
May 2023 update:: I went ahead and bought the WattFun in July 2022 for $199 after watching the comparisons --- and I still absolutely *love* it to smithereens!! I am not disappointed and do not intend to get a bigger one until I get a fridge and a heater of some sort. The two A/C ports (one 3-pronged, one 2-pronged) plus the compact size and light weight have been great while the detailed read-out is super helpful. I have yet to drain it completely, even when I was using a reading light, running 2 fans and a radio all night while charging my cell phone & watch and then using the water heater pot in the morning for breakfast. Another time, the little 300W heater that I used really strained it, but it held up through the night by only turning it on for short bursts to keep the chill off the dog's area. Admittedly, I would like one more USB port. Covers are nice, and the top charger is convenient if you have something that uses it, however, at the time of purchase, the price was right, I did not have a need for the top charger, and duct tape has worked fine covering the 12V opening. The one time I called support they were quite helpful, even if I did not like their answer at first. I believe they are U.S. based and they offered me options. They also said to call back for additional help as I needed it. Okay. I did call back and they did help. Good job.
You sold Me on the Watt Fun and I do like the price but towards the end of the video you made me thing of rock pals one. I want to get one for camping. No fridge. I would use it only at night to recharge cell phone maybe 2phones( I’m guessing 2hrs to recharge. ) But then the only use is going to be for a small desktop fan that would run 6-8 hrs for those hot nights in a tent summer camping. My keys are I’d like $200 under price, But willing to go to $250..$275. I’d like under 10lbs..maybe 12. And because I would Be off grid sometimes I’d like it to last at least a few nights without recharge just in case no place to recharge thoughts? So the no recharge and last a few nights is my #1 key! Or do I need to go bigger?
I see that the Togo 300w is 1/2 the price on Amazon at $148.25... I am very curious what the difference is between that and the advanced 350 to be twice the price....
I just got a Togo from Amazon for $209! Watch for sales and Prime coupons whoooo! I chose it mainly for the detailed display and regulated dc to run my electric blanket while camping. I’m happy with my choice and the deal. Thank you so much for this comprehensive review I learned a lot.
The fact that the Wattfun won AND it's in a class above the rest being LifePo4 makes this a no brainer for the Wattfun. These days I wouldn't even consider a power station that isn't LifePo4.
I purchased the togo power 650 because the wireless charger and is built with lights on the side and the handle, same like the 350 but more power for few xtra bucks. Thanks for the video it help my buying decision.
TOGO wins .....the port covers & wireless charging should have earned a point or even 2!!! it charges really fast & gains nearly 20 percent on on hour drive while plugged in to my car. love it
do you happen to know of a good portable battery solution that I can use with a holographic fan so I can walk around in public with the holographic fan? they say the holographic fan requires 60 watts. ALSO, is it safe to keep the power station in a vented backpack on your back like will it give me back cancer or something? any (brand/model) recommendations ? I just want the smallest power supply I can find that can power it for at least 1-2+ (2+ preferably) hours.
1 year later I just checked the prices and the Togo is $199 and has a $20 off coupon so $179 and is now the cheapest. It was already my choice! I LOVED the review thanks
for me, the Jackery is worth it over the others if for no other reason that USB-C recharging means I don't have to carry their AC adapter with me. Also, just to nitpick - it's Lithium Iron Phosphate. Not Lithium Ion phosphate.
I'm not so sure about that 100watt input on the WattFun. I just connected a 100w panel to it and it won't except more then 64 watts input no matter how I position the panels. I checked the booklet that came with it and it does state: "65 watts max. input". If anything changes I'll update but I'm testing it now under perfectly sunny skies and it won't budge over that 64.
the only thing I wish the watt fun had was the dual charger like the jackery. we are very spontaneous weekend campers and to charge our phones its nice to just plug them both in and get It charged faster before we leave
Is good why can't you take some to home depot so that people can buy it so easy like that not everyone have credit card or debit card I went to home depot to buy I can't find it is good tho have Thank you
I just picked up the Jackery 300 for 209 on amazon so I'm happy I got it for a great deal. It seems like its a pretty nice little power pack even though it didn't win. thanks for the review
The lithium iron phosphate battery that is used in the Wattfun, is the same type of battery that Dometic uses in their PLB-40. It handles extreme temps much better than your standard lithium ion too. Great comparison, but the Rockpals will also dual charge like the Jackery. I own the Rockpals 300, and I'm looking to add a 500 for my Dometic 55IM... and thanks to you I'm now torn between the Rockpals and the Wattfun. The Wattfun 500 looks identical to the Bluetti AC50S, any clue if they are "the same" service with different labels? Keep up the great content!
Thanks! Not sure if the WattFun 500 is the same or not. They certainly look identical. I've got a Rockpals 500 that I just haven't had time to test yet.
wattfun with lifepo4 for longevity and real-world performance (fridge) makes it a clear winner in my book BUT amazon reviews say it might turn to absolute shit all quick like
Thank you for your transparency in this review. Ozark Overland Adventures, just help a lovely lady from PHILLY, US choose wisely according to my mobile travel needs for PORTABLE AND BACKUP POWER! TOGO IS MY CHOICE! & I JUST SUBSCRIBED!
Any battery capacity display problems on the wattfun? Reviews on Amazon mentioning that the battery stays on 100% until it dies. And also mention the unit only last about 3-5 months. I’m curious because I just purchased one based off your review here
As with most "sweepstakes awards," it all depends on what parameters you include. Early on he kind of gave the first one an extra point, simply because the category was dependent on the previous one that it won. I think it was that it had the biggest output, then because of that it required the biggest invertor, but gave it a point for that as well. I can't recall the specifics.
I feel portability is a major drawback as you are stuck carrying a large mini microwave sized imposition, you can't put it in your coat pocket yet is all I'm saying. They have alot of things going on, just kinda need one outlets worth of room, is this some sort of psychological conspiracy? It just needs a couple minutes to watch the charge w respect to weather, I hope there's no fans on these fans systems?
Just getting into your channel. Love your video style and the conversational way you review products. Great video. Im trying to decide between the Jackery 300 and the WattFun. Thanks for the great vid!
I have the RockPals 300 and love it. With my cpap on for 8.5 hours, it only dropped to 80%. Used it every night during my Moab trip and with a DC powered electric blanket for a couple nights without issue. Charged it from my cigarette lighter while wheeling. Keep in mind, the RockPals is by far the more economical option when compared to the others. If I was planning on running a fridge and multiple other accessories, I'd probably look at the 500 range models or higher. Would recommend to others depending on their needs.
since the lifepo4 wattfun charges several thousand times more then the others, your rockpals isn't the cheapest if you look at the big picture, I do agree that these 300's are only for simple camping, gotta go with 600 to 1000 for any practical use!
Jackery is the way to go IMO. Quality of inverter & surge are huge factors for me. Goal Zero, Bluetti, & Jackery are the premier brands in the mobile power industry & they’ve earned it for the time being.
Though I went with Jackery I kinda wish I’d gone with Bluetti. Was hoping to meet you and take your Gaia class at the Big Iron rally. Unfortunately there was a delay in the installation of my Long Range America aux tank. Maybe next time. Keep up the good work. Enjoy your videos.
I'm thinking that Togo is supposed to be produced "2-go". Power for when you're on-the-go. To go power.

I can run mine indefinitely.
can I watch tv with that? and how long?
Honestly I would find a 100 watt solar panel on Amazon with good reviews and go with that as long as it has the correct connector.
I bought rich solar 160W CIGS panel today. A bit expensive and oversized for wattfun 298wh, but in camping there is rarely ideal solar irradiance. CIGS panels are good in cloudy and partially shaded conditions. And it is flexible, no need to worry about cracks.
Cycles aren't that big of a deal because you shouldn't let it drain to 0 anyway.
@@ThouArtOfWar0724 more cycles means it lasts longer, right? Longer overall life of the device?
@@yvikhlya thanks
Canceled my order for Jackery 300 and instead got a WattFun 350 -- thanks for the review.
What did you think of the wattfun?
Good job.
You sold
Me on the Watt Fun and I do like the price but towards the end of the video you made me thing of rock pals one. And because I would
Be off grid sometimes I’d like it to last at least a few nights without recharge just in case no place to recharge thoughts? So the no recharge and last a few nights is my #1 key! Or do I need to go bigger?
I see that the Togo 300w is 1/2 the price on Amazon at $148.25... I am very curious what the difference is between that and the advanced 350 to be twice the price....
I just got a Togo from Amazon for $209! Watch for sales and Prime coupons whoooo!
I chose it mainly for the detailed display and regulated dc to run my electric blanket while camping. I’m happy with my choice and the deal.
Thank you so much for this comprehensive review I learned a lot.
What about Westinghouse?????
Bought one will test this weekend camping trip
It’s 150 - 300 wt
The fact that the Wattfun won AND it's in a class above the rest being LifePo4 makes this a no brainer for the Wattfun. These days I wouldn't even consider a power station that isn't LifePo4.
I purchased the togo power 650 because the wireless charger and is built with lights on the side and the handle, same like the 350 but more power for few xtra bucks. Thanks for the video it help my buying decision.
TOGO wins .....the port covers & wireless charging should have earned a point or even 2!!! it charges really fast & gains nearly 20 percent on on hour drive while plugged in to my car. love it
I've seen multiple videos of the Jackery being able to start Chinese diesel heaters through the DC out. Will either the WattFun or Togo do it?
i believe the Rock pals on the a.c. side can't be used while charging just the USB side. they may have changed design? thanks for your video
do you happen to know of a good portable battery solution that I can use with a holographic fan so I can walk around in public with the holographic fan? they say the holographic fan requires 60 watts. ALSO, is it safe to keep the power station in a vented backpack on your back like will it give me back cancer or something? any (brand/model) recommendations ? I just want the smallest power supply I can find that can power it for at least 1-2+ (2+ preferably) hours.
New to the game. Are these big enough to do movie nights with the family? Small projector, maybe a DVD player, small speaker, will this work for that?
Oh my goodness I wish I would have seen this video before purchasing a portable power station. 🤦♀🤦♀
1 year later I just checked the prices and the Togo is $199 and has a $20 off coupon so $179 and is now the cheapest. It was already my choice! I LOVED the review thanks
I tried the Wattfun but ended up returning it. The 120 plug kept shutting off after about 5hrs or so. Not sure why. Went with a larger Bluetti eb70.
Will the jackery 300 power a iceco 45l for a few days with the jackery solar panel hooked up to the 300 while the 300 is powering the iceco?
for me, the Jackery is worth it over the others if for no other reason that USB-C recharging means I don't have to carry their AC adapter with me.
Just started the video. Hoping you cover which can charge off the car. Hopefully 0-full in 1hr driving
Your video helps one make objective decisions out of all the plusses and minuses of all the power stations.
Just ordered the WattFun because it's clearly the winner by a long shot. I also ordered the 4 year service just to beat the Jackery warranty.
I ordered the watt fun for 200.00 and Amazon shipped it and it was never delivered it was left some where in another city and Amazon won't help me
the only thing I wish the watt fun had was the dual charger like the jackery. we are very spontaneous weekend campers and to charge our phones its nice to just plug them both in and get It charged faster before we leave
That's Lithium Iron Phosphate.
Very nice!
Along with extended warranty so 2 year warranty jackery won for me
purchased the Watt fun 18 months ago, thanks for the break down. just wanted to re watch for fun.
Just go the Watt Fun! Better and latest battery technology was a no brainer! Thanks for your review!
Merpower 300wh LiFePo4 DC 12V-24V portable power station
I HAVE THE ROCKPAL300 AND 100W PANEL, I GET 70W OF CHARGING POWER. I LOVE IT!
Just a heads up, the togo power link no longer works. Thanks for the video
I love my rock pal 300
Witch one can handle the cpap aircurve 10 24v 3.75amp for 5 u a night
Great comparison video.
wattfun with lifepo4 for longevity and real-world performance (fridge) makes it a clear winner in my book BUT amazon reviews say it might turn to absolute shit all quick like
No issues with mine so far. I use it all the time.
Awesome! Thank you!
Any battery capacity display problems on the wattfun? Reviews on Amazon mentioning that the battery stays on 100% until it dies. And also mention the unit only last about 3-5 months. I’m curious because I just purchased one based off your review here
I haven't had any issues at all with it and it's my go-to on every trip for keeping in the tent to charge phones and watches and run the tent lights.
Great comparison videos. Thank you for putting this out.
@Ozark Overland Adventures How can I contact you? We want to send you something

Just ordered my wattfun , thanks for the comparison!!
Thanks for the review. I would’ve went with the Jackery
Just picked up a jackery 300 Black Friday for $209
bought two jackery before seeing your video. wattfun has one year warranty, jackery has two year and extra year if register online, total three years.
This was a great review. It really helped guide me in my decision. Thank you!
Fabulous comparison and great information. Thank you!
Can I run an 110v electric blanket on the 300 Jackery?
Very helpful!
First heard of the wattfun from you. Now I have one. Thanks
❤could be good for winter.plug my heater.
Lithium Ion = Nickle Manganese Cobalt
I feel portability is a major drawback as you are stuck carrying a large mini microwave sized imposition, you can't put it in your coat pocket yet is all I'm saying. They have alot of things going on, just kinda need one outlets worth of room, is this some sort of psychological conspiracy? It just needs a couple minutes to watch the charge w respect to weather, I hope there's no fans on these fans systems?
If you think these are big you should see the larger ones. LOL.
Just getting into your channel. Love your video style and the conversational way you review products. Great video. Im trying to decide between the Jackery 300 and the WattFun. Thanks for the great vid!
Awesome! Thank you! You can't go wrong with either and Jackery is a trusted brand but I really like the Wattfun!
It's Lithium IRON Phosphate, not ion. Sorry to be THAT guy...
This is a 3 year old video. You really are THAT GUY. 😂😂😂🤦🏼♂️
Is the rockpals on Amazon updated from what this video has? The Amazon page says it has features that the video claims it doesn’t.
I think they have updated it.
Will Prowse from expert power review said any of these can have200 -300 watt solar panel to any of these even though they state 80 -100
I think you may have misunderstood what he was saying. You may be able to use a 200 watt solar panel on them but the max they will input is 100w.
Why cant I find this wattfun power station on a website
Thanks for the review, nice little backup
Excellent presentation. What about the Bluetti of this 300Wh(ish) group?
I have a recent video on that one. It's great!!
Jackery is the way to go IMO. Quality of inverter & surge are huge factors for me. Goal Zero, Bluetti, & Jackery are the premier brands in the mobile power industry & they’ve earned it for the time being.
Just want that LiFePO4 battery technology
I have the 290 but only have one plug and no c slot
Amazing comparison. Thank you for doing this.
Dang!! But getting the long range tank will be awesome!!
@@OzarkOverlandAdventures definitely may need it if the gas problem on the east coast starts creeping it’s way west.
