Not every Pre-millennial consistently applies the Historical Grammatical Literal Hermeneutic, but a consistent application of the HGL Hermeneutic leads to a Premillennialism understanding of Scripture
I've started to err away from using the word 'predictions' but simply prophecy or foretelling. 'Prediction' to me is like predicting the trifecta at race 3 at the Melbourne Cup, not a guarantee. (I don't bet of horses...example only 😊) 'The prophetic passages are a foretelling of what is to happen'.
