I’m so happy you showed up as a suggested channel to watch. My husband and I live in SC after living in Japan for almost 5 years. We’ve missed flea markets and thrift stores. I googled flea markets near us and this one (I think it’s the one you’re at) came up. Lol 😂 So I’m going to try to convince him to take the kids and I. I was just telling him how we need a side hustle. But we also like thrifting. I found some Chanel books from Goodwill the other week that I’ve been wanting. Looked them up after buying them, and they go for $150-$180 for the set. They were only $1.79 a piece. Thrifting is so fun. We buy though. We haven’t sold anything yet. 😂😂😬😬 My Dad buys and resells items on the side though, but he’s in North Carolina.

I hardly resell them but my fam says I better do since I always end up paying for excess luggage. One unforgettable flea market I have been was in Amsterdam when my ship was laid up for a month. It was 2 shipyards of a flea market (plus the huge parking lot!) and I went crazy, also my friends! Somebody got a genuine National Geographic Thermal Jacket for €5! Crazy 🤑

If I was selling at the flee market. You wanted to buy all my shoes. I would of sold it all to you Then I call it a day and leave. It’s not hard to rebuild your shoes collection to buy and sell specially it comes from the good will. Love your video
Probably best if you get them before they clean them. Cleaning is the hardest part. After spending all that time cleaning they most likely want top dollar, but if you get them before they clean it’s a steep discount
I went to a flea market today to try and find things to resell. It was giant, I was overwhelmed, and I realized I don't know what things are worth well enough. I think I left with 4 things, pretty sure my kids spent more money than I did!!
You could carry your phone around and quickly search ebay. Need to make it discreet though as I can imagine some sellers might bump their prices up if you're interested and know you are trying to resell
It looked like she had a Furby at the first table w the stuffed animals. Another reseller I watch has been selling those like crazy for good $$. But he lucked out and found ones in their box. Great video as always guys!
The vendors aren’t expecting anyone to want to buy everything, so they don’t know how to respond. Next time if they still won’t put a price on everything, try making an offer. That will at least get discussion going and their wheels turning.
Ya I can't believe how lazy some people are ! If someone offered to buy my entire table, I'm saying $20 a pair for all of them and selling them right away !
Great videos as always, so excited when I see a new video posted on my bell notification 👍 My Hairy’s Tomatoes 🍅 Red shirt is GREAT!! Thanks! I decided it’s going to be my thrifting shirt every Weds.(senior 30% off day) at my Goodwill 👍👍👍
My favorite form of Murano glass is something like a ball or egg shape with a beautiful pattern of air bubbles in it. It must take them forever by trial and error to get a very consistent or very interesting pattern of bubbles in hand-blown glass. But no, a 60 year old factory made ash tray or dish isn't it.
Awesome video! That was hysterical well would you sell everything? I can’t believe neither one of them took the bait. That would save them so much time and then make a good profit. I think you’ve got a great strategy.
@@A347baker yes and then they sit on inventory for a year. the time they tutes all those, set up a market etc that's a lot of time they could be buying more
He sought God and did what was right in the eyes of the LORD. As long as he did this, God gave him success. I read that this morning during my devotional time and it made me think of you. Congratulations to you and your family, what a ride!
Some people-young and old-have health issues and need to go potty more often. When you get older you have to go more often as well. That’s just 1 thing you can look forward to as you age, Josh. 😉
The ladies with the shoes have probably not had any kind of offer like that. Your proposal is a good one though. Money talks so maybe if you go the next time and buy 10 pairs and offer them $275. Then the time after go and buy 20, etc. they’ll see that you’re serious. Make offers as you have been. Might be hard for them to say no to buying so many. I don’t know what kind of sales they do regularly in a day but it’s worth trying.
I really enjoy watching you both shop! Great team work! I am interested in the Patagonia vest. Please let me know if you are selling it or if Hailey is keeping it. Thank you 😊
It's interesting watching you and other resellers. I see some guys passing up stuff I think you would grab at Goodwill. They pass because it won't flip for a big profit but you tend to get things that might net you $5-$6.
The ninja turtles that turn into a real turtle then back into a ninja turtle pick them up EVERY TIME whether you find them all or one. No matter what year they are. Look up the comps on Mercari, not eBay. I find them constantly for 25 cents each or less and once I get all 4 with no weapons or anything the least I’ve ever got for them were $40 plus shipping on them. That’s the extent of my knowledge on ninja turtles toys 😂.
When you picked up the mother goose glassware there was a red texasware splatter bowl. Those sell well on ebay. I looked at the sold ones and a similar red one sold for 80.00
Josh, I think the problem with the shoes was a language and culture barrier. I don't think either of them quite understood what you were offering. I'd ballpark how many shoes they have and just offer them a fair price. Like aren't most shoes at Goodwill $6.50? I'd offer $25 per pair as bulk discount they make some money and you have room still since most shoes sell for $50 or more. They were hesitant but maybe if you think there are 150 pair of shoes and you lead with I'll give you $3000 for all of them they might bite.
I just commented something similiar without seeing this one first and I agree. As well as cultural I think it has to do with mostly males being the ones to talk business especially with other males. Like I said, I think u could either have Hailey give it a whirl or ask to meet with their husbands :)

If I was selling at the flee market. You wanted to buy all my shoes. I would of sold it all to you Then I call it a day and leave. It’s not hard to rebuild your shoes collection to buy and sell specially it comes from the good will. Love your video
Ahhh you missed those jordan retro 4 royalty’s on a shoe table. That would have been a crazy bag haha
Good stuff Mr and Mrs Tornado! Josh you sure that stingray wasn’t there last week? It has a Murano look to me. Italian made art glass.
I am inspired by you and your wife. I watch all you videos and am trying to resell as well. Thank you for being so open and informative.
Probably best if you get them before they clean them. Cleaning is the hardest part. After spending all that time cleaning they most likely want top dollar, but if you get them before they clean it’s a steep discount
Can't get enough of you and Hayley. God bless you both.
I went to a flea market today to try and find things to resell. It was giant, I was overwhelmed, and I realized I don't know what things are worth well enough. I think I left with 4 things, pretty sure my kids spent more money than I did!!
The best way is just to buy. You will find out later what works. Call it market research.
Thanks for your knowledge. Nice job, and I love that you don’t yak, yak, yak but have valuable information.
Enjoyed this very much! Thank you for letting us know what they are and why you wanted them! Curious if you got the murano?
Wowsers! I cant believe how many views this video has gotten! You guys are killing it on youtube! Congrats!
Y’all missed a pair of Jordan 4 royalties at one table! Easy $200 sale even if they were beat up, if they were brand new near $400
Ya I can't believe how lazy some people are ! If someone offered to buy my entire table, I'm saying $20 a pair for all of them and selling them right away !
Kobe?
And they passed a shit ton of Kobe’s
I seen them 4s probs fake tho
He missed ALOT of good J’s
I love your attitude. That makes it all work in life and business.
Make sure to charge shipping on those brown Nike golf shoes. They are a unique, someone will definitely pay for them plus shipping.
I LOVE LOVE That you post prices!
I envy you your flea market! I hope that the shoe ladies come through with a bulk deal for you :)
I hope he does but they know they will be shorting themselves. They are learning no to be hustled by him.
Thanks for the support!
I learned something today lol
As Murano is usually hand blown there is a pontel mark on the bottom where the item is broken off from the glass rod it is blown from
First time watching. I really like this kind of content. I'm five minutes in but have to pause, but it's really good! 🙏🏾🇬🇧🇺🇸
Awesome video! That was hysterical well would you sell everything? I can’t believe neither one of them took the bait. That would save them so much time and then make a good profit. I think you’ve got a great strategy.
I think they aren't excited because it cuts into their own profits. They do all that searching and the dirty work of cleaning the shoes.
Thanks man! Hope you’re doing well :)
If I had a $ for every time you said 'we have a bag' at the flea market 🤣
You'd have at least 60 dollars 🤣
One of the sold comps you used was mine. I love it! 🤣
Those 2 lady's need a yt channel. Show me how to clean the shoes as good as they do
You wouldn't have to ask me twice to buy it all. In fact I'd say Hell Yeah! before you finished asking the first time!!! 😂
Some people-young and old-have health issues and need to go potty more often. When you get older you have to go more often as well. That’s just 1 thing you can look forward to as you age, Josh. 😉
@@Snarkapotamus yep. Coffee and tea are diuretics.
OML that table where u got the bowl...go back Josh that table was solid $ that green glass is jadeite ANTIQUE some glow and worth loads $
I agree buying in ‘mini’ bulk to start with is a good idea and build it up
Nice plan.
I found my first Hokas 2 weeks ago. Paid $5.00 sold today for $85.00 + shipping. Thanks for another entertaining and informative video.
Great flip!
Yall REALLY need shirts that say “Ive got a bag”
Or make a shirt that says “You got any Hoka’s?” This man loves buying Hokas
I really enjoy watching you both shop! Great team work! I am interested in the Patagonia vest. Please let me know if you are selling it or if Hailey is keeping it. Thank you 😊
What an incredible haul! I wished we had swap meets like that here in my city.
It's interesting watching you and other resellers. I see some guys passing up stuff I think you would grab at Goodwill. They pass because it won't flip for a big profit but you tend to get things that might net you $5-$6.
It's all about how easy it is to list and ship. If I can snap some pics and list it in 60 seconds and it's a first class item, I'll take $6 in profit.
Watching for awhile. Had to subscribe. You guys motivate me. Love your videos.
Thanks Donna!
Am I the only one that avoids crinkly bags like the plague? We have nice fabric ones at some stores made in Kazakhstan mostly and they're silent.
I need to invest in some lol
Yeah I should have at least thrown out a number to see what they say
@@HairyTornado bring a translator to negotiate; the ladies give off a totally different vibe when speaking in their language.
Definitely agree with this, they are hesitant because the language barrier and they have to trust you.
I just commented something similiar without seeing this one first and I agree. As well as cultural I think it has to do with mostly males being the ones to talk business especially with other males. Like I said, I think u could either have Hailey give it a whirl or ask to meet with their husbands :)
@@HairyTornado But Josh is fluent! Has everyone already forgotten “Soy un gringo, lleno de amor.”? Haha 🤣🤣 💀
Our family comes down to N.Myrtle every year in Oct - def gonna swing by the flea market there, hope we bump into ya!
Murano glass is highly collectible and is marked! The piece you got today is definitely not Murano; may be Depression glass!
And def not an ashtray! 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah I thought Depression glass too. Cool though.
This kept on popping up on my recommend page so I decided to watch it 🤷🤯💯🥶
Thank you!
