The 1d tables r confusing. So like oh some pressure if u wanna be all in by 1.0 do u set the graph to where the larger top numbers say 1.0 or the lower ones like before?

Having AFR and not allowing a custom stoich entry is a little odd
you cant change the stoich value of a fuel
