@@SamAustin was thinking of going the sabre route with mine as they put your car on a dyno and therefore tune them precisely to your own car…hhmmmm. Too many choices. So ready for a tune with mine…

If you own a m3 rs look after it cos in years to come it will be a gold mine

Agreed! I feel it is a car worth holding onto for as long as I can. Ford are not really making cars like this in the future, with no RS on the horizon either, so I agree with you they will become quite collectable 👍

Glad to see your coming round to the benefits of a few cheeky mods for these hot hatches 👌. . manufacturers are de-tuning cars in stock form to meet strict emission and safety targets - these cars were developed to perform at far higher levels and have so much more potential 👍😎

It did feel slow stock from what I remember. The car certainly warrants a little more power up top so it does feel great 👍

Keep your eye on your coolant. Looks a bit low.

I am just about to buy an mk3 RS with Revo stage 2 upgrade. I am wondering if you have experienced any issue you may highlight to me. How about the clutch? Can handle the increased power and torque?

I would check how many owners the car has had as the first point. The power for revo stage 2 is around 400-440bhp so you will see more wear and tear with items like the clutch. If the car has been well maintained, full service history and driven sensibly (which is the hardest one to know for sure) it is such a great car to recommend. I had mine for 6 months and around 3,000 miles. It was a great car to experience 👍

Hello. Great info video mate.. what do you declare to the insurance company?
And if so what's the difference in price with all the mods done and declared.
If you don't mind saying as I think that's only thing stopping me of doing mods to car. Tha ks

Thank you for the positive feedback! So with insurance companies the modifications normally come under brackets. So you can say ECU Tune / Miscellaneous Exhaust modifications / Miscellaneous engine modifications rather than being specific and say it has a torque mount for example. It is always best to just be as open as possible and the added premium can be quite minimal depending on your age or location. 10-20% increase is the typical range compared to a stock car I would say but that's just my estimate. I certainly would recommend looking into it 👍
