I think this is over restored and that the factory didn't go to such finish lengths. But I understand the desire for perfection. Also while modern varnishes are likely glossier, (and I doubt they did rolling and tipping-or even had foam rollers) just a few coats that you did here is at least commendable versus the typical ten that some restorers are doing.
