Talent wise, Lacey is as good as they come but Paez plays first team football. Hopefully Lacey doesn't become injury prone and we can judge them when Paez arrives at Chelsea
Páez is clear lmao there is no comparison whatsoever. He plays for First National Team assisting and scoring, plays first division football competing with ecuadors top flight teams, competing in copa libertadores outplaying world class South American talent. He’s one of the few South American prospects if not the best one at the moment. He is destined for greatness
the thing is if lacey was from Ecuador with this talent, he would be playing in the first team and probably their national team too, there is difference between South American and English youth development

@@ToliatGatta-jt2nr Ecuador has far better youngsters to be honest. The problem is our corrupt federation and the poor hiring of coaches. However it all comes down to how they play in first division football. We have another baller that just got sold to dortmund who’s 15. To be honest he’s possible going to surpass Páez and he’s just getting a few min in first team football. He’s not even in the national team nor starts for his club. It’s all about development and how well they mature. Hopefully we do get a great generation of ballers Lacey included
