I have very aggressive dirt tires on both my KLRs. After a good rain, on the red Georgia clay, it helps a lot but you can still slide off the road. I have located several fun dirt roads in Coosa and Tallapoosa counties if you would like a tour. The best are near New Site because the lead to the Talapoosa River.
I've been down in Coosa Co some but not much. Mainly around Lay Lake. I'm always down to explore some new areas. Tallapoosa isn't too far off either. I usually run tusk or Shinko 244's on the KLR. The Waypoints I'm running now seem pretty good at the moment. What brand do you run on your KLRs?
@@TheBeardedTravler running Kenda 71P. It is as much of a knobby as you can get. It is very noisy onroad but you will rarely loose grip off road. They are also affordable.
"Slippery When Wet" had me thinking I was about to hear some Bon Jovi!
😄😄🤣 Sorry for the falue thrills. Maybe on the next camping trip 😂💀
