You can hear bits of Ancient Egypt, Pirate Seas, and Wild West in the Zen Garden theme because those were the first 3 worlds in the game when pvz 2 first released. It would've been cool if they added bits of other world themes as worlds were added, but I understand them not doing that.
We will miss it tho...hope popcap & ea would make a continuation story line that would make dave travel time again and explore new world...i know it's impossible but why not they should ay least try right? Pvz2 will be a hit again if they would do it
1:00-1:30 has lemotifs from the PvZ 1 Night Huge Wave Theme, which I believe isn't on mobile for whatever reason. None of the huge wave themes are. Also, there are a ton of parts that are sampled from the PvZ 1 Zen Garden Theme. Seems like Laura Shigihara (sorry if I misspelled that) wanted to include a lot of references for her last song composed for the PvZ franchise. Also, I heard that the Ancient Egypt "Choose your Seeds" Theme, which is in the background of the rest of the soundtrack, had lemotifs of Brainiac Maniac from PvZ 1. Sorry for the long comment, but tell me what you think about this or if you know any more references! Thanks for reading!
I'm pretty sure the huge wave themes weren't included because of timing and storage reasons. PvZ on PC and console use sequenced music (if you don't know what that is, think of midi), so most of them (excluding night huge wave since it's a different track) are baked into the music. For mobile however, it uses streamed music (like mp3s), meaning that it would have to be it's own audio file. If it's even the slightest bit desynced, it'll sound bad. An example of this is in the console versions of the night huge wave theme, where since it's actually a different file altogether, it's desynced and the transition doesn't sound very good. Sorry for all of this text, I rarely get to talk about this stuff and I get really excited when I do.
@@FORGOTTENCHANNEL168 yea, these type of low tone instruments and virtual instruments are very good for people that play with headphones, it does a great vibe, they had it in pvz1 too

Parts of the music are used in Zen Garden.
Yes
