Went this weekend but need to go back cuz sucks where i stayed because couldnt grill on the beach
Is that all beaches in South Padre Island or just the one you were at?
It was at the sand piper pavillion, set up my grill in the parking lot :( need to do more research on where i can grill on the beach, if not i will hit port aransas like i always do😶

I live hear and it’s is amazing
Just had a stay over the 4th. We stayed at padre south hotel. Not a bad hotel and good view of fireworks and beach. Bery fun time with cart rentals and alot of different stores and activities to do. We want to by so real estate down there and stay forever. The waterpark was fun for the size of it. Totally recommend well worth it.
We just stayed at the Pearl. Good to know they are getting a redo! They need it...

No I only droned around the lighthouse. What’s over there! Is it something I should drone?
Well there are several communities by the water that do not get highlighted in some of the aerial videos I have seen. Is mainly the island, but many people come and stay in Port Isabel.
Next time I’m down there I’ll definitely drone it! What is your favorite restaurant and bar in Port Isabel?

Tortugos Restaurant on the right hand side before crossing to SPI and Seaside Bar by Holiday Inn and Gulfpoint Condominiums.

What’s ur fav hotel at south Padre ?
This last trip to SPI we stayed at the Pearl. 5 nights for around $900. It needs a facelift. Margaritaville purchased the Pearl and will begin remodeling in October 2021. We mostly have stayed at Airbnb's. We like to stay on the Bayside. Here is a link to the one we like. On the oceanside we have wanted to try the Isla Grand Beach Resort.
There is a new hotel next to Clayton. Its called Courtyard by Marriott South Padre Island. Here is a link for it
