I would have thought that it would be the solicitor's duty to get a surveyor or a conveyance to deal with those detailed particulars.
Well I guess Jamaica is different procedure.
I am waiting for the lockdown to be lifted because am coming home to purchase a house but still a bit hesitant regarding the gated community.
I do agree that your safety is paramount but heard it can be of an issue at times with the association.
I wish that buying a property in Jamaica was as straightforward as to where I am.
I do own a few properties so between the estate agent and my solicitor along with the vendor solicitor they do all the work for you so theres less head ache.
