This isn't an encouragement song. This is a song about how toxic it is for her to always pretend she's okay with all the pressure when under the surface she's suffering from severe anxiety. The line, "I'm pretty sure I'm worthless if I can't be of service", is pretty heartbreaking, and no one should think like that.

That song always makes me cry. What luisa meant in this song is that she feels useless if she can't meet the expectations the grandma and the family put over her shoulders

Just found out your channel that react to this. To be honest, this song means... it doesn't matter how strong you are physically ... but a strong person also has soft sides too. Like Luisa. She's strong.. but, deep inside... she's full of insecurities. It's all about mental health
