I had a lot of old pipes and rebar to cut up and from what I read ruclips.net/user/postUgkxPDBfLu68o58Aw85O_J-zIFfjJARBhp-3 this would be the tool for the job. Since I had never used one, I watched a couple of youtube videos and I'm so glad I did. Some really good safety tips, which I followed, and this tool did a splendid job. One good thing to know is the weight of the tool puts just about the right amount of pressure on the metal I was cutting, so I didn't have to use a lot of pressure, which is more likely to jam the tool. It made fast work of my job.
There are quite a few channels that does these type of restoration but few shows dedication and professionalism like this channel. I would definitely have many spare parts left over putting one of this tool back together. ❤❤❤😂
Great job! I love it when people repair things. But the main problem is, the spare parts are more expensive than a complete new device. In most cases it makes no sense to buy new spare parts. But it makes a lot of fun and saves a lot of ressources.
Had an external part on a poorly designed DeLonghi heater break. They would prefer me to destroy the heater and get a new one sent to me. I creatively followed their rules and now I have 2 heaters. (On a side note, my 80 yr old father still had a robust space heater the family had when he was 5).
I know it's fun to assume you know more than the creator of the project, but he clearly states in the description that the tool was $5 and the parts were $15. A new grinder in the US with those specs would retail for at least $160. Reading is fundamental
@@polarstar Sorry, why do you personally attack me? My comment was generelly about all repairs, not only this one. Sure there are things which can cheaply be repaired. But in general, repairs are very expensive and often not economically. People like you destroy RUclips!
Very nice. Good as new. Actually better than new because you can now use it without worrying about getting it scratched or marked up. Because that will absolutely happen to them all when used... Thumbs Up!
Very clean rebuild. I'm amazed how clear you can see thru the sandblasting cabinet. I have a similar one with big 3 phase air compressor but I can't see anything thru the dust. I'm using furnace slag 0.5 mm granulation, much cleaner than quartz sand. What do you thing I'm doing wrong ? Thanks.
It's most likely your vacuum system. Your canister needs to be emptied, or filter replaced, or there are leaks in the cabinet, or a combination of the three.
@@moeszyslack4676 Thanks for your support. I don't have or use a vacuum extractor with the cabinet. I see it has 2 large portholes, one in the back, and one in the side for attaching some big hose. I must try with a vacuum house cleaner to see if it makes any difference.
Well done I am grateful for watching this video and I appreciate your job. Please write the name of liquid you use I watch your videos not for fun but to learn Thank you very much With all my respect

Perfect 👌
Che brunitore hai usato per i pezzi?
What burnisher did you use for the pieces?
Those new parts probably costed you more than a brand new grinder . But overall good job

Ini baru the real restorasi. Good job bro 👍👍
👍👍👍
You could have taken a flame to the plastics to bring them back to like new condition
What about a heat gun?
👍👍👍👍
Supper
👍
Excelent, but you installed the cuuting disk backwards.
beautiful.
Like a Charlie Chaplin film
11:42 - insertion of shaft on bearing ... he killed the bearing, he should have taken a tube resting on inner ring instead external ring.
Mestre.
Comprou o induzido novo o cabeçote novo aí não, assim fica fácil.😂😂😂😂😂😂

7-100 now discontinew in my country
🥇 first
Is that vinegar at 10:53?
Good work but not profitable ... The listed parts cost 80% of the new tool.
And these parts are not available in my country !
That was one abused tool.
