I don’t understand why you don’t have a million subs. You’re the best reactors on RUclips. You guys know music.
Well, they gain insanely fast compared to other channels who it took years. But I'm glad, because I love these guys. Great reactions that feel legitimate.
its good to see people that experience music intensely like i do. I'm also a Georgian.. just the one in the states. good shit guys
Agree!
If you like 'Angie' I'm sure you'll like 'Wild Horses'.
Perfect choice, " Wild Horses"
Wild Horses is a must!
How about Moonlight Mile, or for the great guitar solo; Time Waits For No-one..? (Wild Horses is perfect.)
From the future they did like that one
And Daddy your a fool to cry!
Wild horses, shes a rainbow, you cant always get what you want.
OMG yes. She's Like a Rainbow. Incredible. Well, Wild Horses is also but... Let's just say it, they didn't perform badly.
Wild Horses, great Stones track
You beat me to it. My FAVORITE ❣️❣️
Considering they loved Angie, they will certainly love that one too.
Yes definitive!
My fave of theirs!
YES INDEED .. I know they'll love Wild Horses!!!
The piano solo in this song is beyond words.
Yes - I hadn’t heard this in decades
The late, GREAT Nicky Hopkins.
Fool To Cry & Ruby Tuesday
Paint it black by the stones is epic
That and Gimme me Shelter my favorites!
Yep, the Stones are so versatile, much more than people give them credit for.
If you loved this song from them, you’ll also love “Wild Horses”from them. So beautiful.💗 I enjoyed this reaction from you today. It’s almost like discovering a song with you even if we already know it. Sounds weird but it’s true and it’s WONDERFUL. I love you guys 💜💓 💋
Julie in Texas
Well said, Julie.
Couldn't agree more!
Hey... I'M Julie from Texas! Between Fort Worth and Abilene, how about you? 😁
@@unrulyjulie4382 Near Arlington
Pennsylvania!
I agree, it's their most beautiful song. It's been one of my favorites for decades.
Jagger's voice always gives me the chills. 'Wild Horses' IS A MUST!
Wild Horses, Waiting on a Friend.
The glorious piano work is performed by the late great Nicky Hopkins ❤️
Shes A Rainbow
Great piano in that
.
@@douglasleinbach6313 Perfect example of his work with the Stones 😉
I learned something, I just assumed it was Ian Stewart on piano. Kudos fornthe info.
@@isthatwhatemptymeans8222 Nicky can be heard on many of the Stones tracks from the 60s up to Exile On Main Street. Check out “She’s A Rainbow” and “Sympathy For The Devi.”
Other great Stones ballads: Wild Horses, Till the Next Goodbye, Ruby Tuesday, As Tears Go By
it was a cold winter 1973... my father beat my mother and she dragged 4 of us on 4 buses from wakefield to somerville in a snowstorm..... we ended up in the projects and thats when the real hell began.....soundtrack of my life...tg for the music thank god FOR THE ROLLING STONES
Sorry:(
Now imagine being a kid growing up listening to music like this every day. Nobody thought that would ever end. But perfect digital copies, digital players and the ability to share the song with millions of strangers on the internet killed the whole industry. It's fortunate that so much great music was made before it went away. I do miss the record stores and rock clubs though.
Let the music play.
The internet has changed everything!!!
"Moonlight Mile" by the Rolling Stones.....indescribably beautiful.
Even my mother loves this song! ‘Bitch’, ‘Tumblin Dice’, ‘’Ruby Tuesday’, Under my Thumb’, ‘You can’t always get what you want’. There are so many.
Ruby Tuesday
Under My Thumb
I was like in 5th grade and bought the "Made in the Shade" album. My mom said "This is a great album! My favorite song is 'Bitch'!"
I didn't really know how to react! Lol!
That's cause your grandma and I grew up with the Stones!!!🤘🤘🤘🤘
This is a song that you can listen to a 1000 times....and continue to love it
One of Stones best songs. Nicky Hopkins is playing the piano. He played/recorded with many great artists (John Lennon, David Bowie, Paul McCartney, Rod Stewart, Joe Cocker and many others).
I sugest you "Wild Horses", another beautiful Stones tune.
I'm a 62 yo guy and man growing up as a kid in the 60's and 70's was amazing. And this song was a great song to listen to sitting with friends have some smoke and drink! GREAT!
My favorite Rolling too!
Beast of Burden is my second favorite!
Rolling Stones
Listen to Rolling Stones Brown Sugar or Jumping Jack Flash 👍🏼😎
Midnight Rambler - Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out
(Come on guys!😂)
As Tears Go By is another beautiful song
Also, check out "Bitch" and "Heartbreaker" if you want the Stones' best "Bangers".
I love listening to these songs through you guys. It’s like I’m listening to them for the first time all over again! Please do more Stones they’re so good
I love to see how passionate you feel about the great music of my times,
You get it my brother. The Stones do all kinds of music and do all of it so freaking well. The true masters.
Wild Horses by the Rolling Stones
They are so versatile right up there with the very best, Mothers Little Helper, Wild Horses and Little Red Rooster all show what variety they can produce
Mothers Little Helper
Yes love mother's little helper 💓
SHE'S A RAINBOW !!!!!!!!! GREAT PIANO WORK FROM THE VERY VERY FIRST NOTES!!!!!
I'm 3 years late to this but THIS song has been one of my favorites since the 70's. I have it playing in my car to this day. It's simply beautiful.
"sister morphine" tumbling dice"
"ruby Tuesday" moonlight mile"
plus at least 50 more!!
Saw the Stones in 1978, Anaheim Stadium, festival seating, over 100,000 people. They were 4 hours late. Peter Tosh opened for them (great Reggae). The ticket was $10.00. Great memories.
My favourite Stones song too.
Takes me back to my school days and smoochie slow dances.
Try "Emotional Rescue" and you can have your minds blown all over again. Every year after Christmas one of my girlfriends from high school has a Rolling Stones all girl party called "Some Girls Do" We are all in our 50s and I think every one of my friends are amazingly beautiful. We have the best time listening to the Stones, smoking a little bud and dancing our asses off! Husbands can come after 10! Always a good time! Your reactions always leave me smiling guys!
RIP Nicky Hopkins (piano). He is on many great records by the stones....and others! I especially love his playing on "Monkey Man".
Awesome reaction! This is the reason for reaction videos. Those of us the grew up with this music like to remember the first time we heard a song. Your guy's reactions are sensitive to the spirit of the music and enjoyable to watch. You get it.
Angie was in a relationship with David Bowie at the time. She and Mick had a brief thing during this time. Also, the guitar you like was played by Mick Taylor who was with the band for a few years between Brian Jones, who died, and Ronnie Wood who still plays with them today.
This is the very first Rolling Stones song I ever heard. I was babysitting and the dad left the radio on and when this song cam on, I was mesmerized. Became an instant fan.
I think all of our musicians of my time were so versatile in their music and that's why we're still lovin it❤✌😎
Rolling stones till the next time we say goodbye, the official video. One of my favorite songs
The Stones could get as raunchy as any other rockers, but they had a real knack for making awesome ballads. Check out As Tears Go By. Great ballad with a 12 string guitar.
Acoustic guitar and Mick's great vocals...... what more could one ask for ?
My favorite song from the Rolling Stones. It is a masterpiece.
Rolling Stones - “I’m just waiting on a friend” and “Start me up” music videos..you can see their different personalities.
One of my favourites love this.
“Angie” is my favorite Stones song 🎶♥️🎶 “Heartbreaker” next!! Thank you ☺️
Heartbreaker is killer
When ever I here this song all I can see is, when they did this live on tv. Mick on stage in a Buster Brown suit hat and all singing this. Enjoy
Rocks off, one of their best! The epitome of rock n roll.
Por fin escuchan música de verdad muchachos, los felicito¡¡¡.
16 years old rockin it out in my cousins basement with the best sound system I ever heard playing Angie on the record player. It was mystical
Nobody does a rock ballad like Jagger. Try Love in Vain. So beautiful. I saw them perform at JFK Stadium in Philadelphia in 1978. We drove down from New York. 90,000 people as I recall!
Fantastic. Now I remember why I heard that song over and over again when I was a Very Young boy
Memories of back in the day. Smoking a little something and laying on the bed just chilling to this song.
From their album "Goats Head Soup." The great Nicky Hopkins (RIP) on piano. You guys have to do "Can't You Hear Me Knocking and "Time Waits For No One."
So much passion and emotion in this song. ❤
Nicky Hopkins on piano. Not a Stones member but played on many of their songs. Earlier Stones number featuring piano is Let’s Spend the Night Together.
Other slow tempo songs by the Stones: Wild Horses, Sister Morphine, I Got The Blues.
RIP Nicky Hopkins!
My favourite, too! I love your reactions. So honest and passionate. Thank you for paying attention to the songs all the way through and giving them the respect they deserve! Glad you love the Stones. I'm from the UK, and whenever I walk around south London, where I live, on a typical grey, chilly Sunday, the Stones are often my soundtrack! :)
Waiting On A Friend is another great Stones ballad.
Yes; has sax too;)
Bob Dylan said he wishes he had written "Angie". I love it! Thanks guys!
One of many great songs by the Rolling Stones .
The orchestra was beautiful!
You young guys discovering our old time music makes my day!!
You guys will love As tears go by , that’s a beautiful ballad .
Mick was a very underrated talented singer.
Love your reactions. So glad this song touched you both as it did me.
My mother used to play this song when I was little girl my name is Angela and she used to call me Angie for short she's in heaven with the Lord right now this brings back wonderful memories
Try As tears go by , Little Red Rooster, Lady Jane......
As Tears Go By
This was the first song I slow danced to! 1977! LOL! YES I'M OLD!😘 LOVE UR CHANNEL!
Beautiful song! Wild Horses is beautiful as well!
You weren’t expecting a break up song.
Man oh man , we’re talkin an ambience of romantic melancholy . This musical sentiment is also evident in the song from the album “Black and Blue” called “🎵 “Memory Motel” 🎶 it’s a descriptive story of a past love”. Back then pouring your soul out on stage was almost a requirement. The Stones left their souls bleeding to death on stages all over the world.
I first heard this on like one of those "25 Great Hits" for $9.99 albums in late 1960's early 1970's and IMO this song never just got very much play where I lived. Because is really good song and so much different from so much of the Stones catalogue my fav Stones song
Didn’t we have amazing music to make memories too in the 70’s?? Love how you both love it too
The Rolling Stones are masters at all types of songs - rock and roll and more sentimental ones. I know what you mean, it's the Rolling Stones so it must be a fast, rock song but they did a lot of slower ballad type songs too - songs like Goodbye Ruby Tuesday, As Tears Go By, You Can't Always Get What You Want and Play With Fire. Mick Jagger's voice can lend itself to all of them - that's why they are such an amazing band. Personally, I do prefer their more rock songs but there's a lot to be said for more slower, melodic songs too. Great reaction guys.
Great reaction guys! Up next we got....
Tumblin' Dice
Brown Sugar
Wild Horses
You will not be disappointed and really look forward to these!
I sincerely appreciate you guys reacting to songs from the era when I bought them on original vinyl. The thing we need is for young people to react to these songs in context of today's world vs the context in which the songs were written back in the day.
"Nothing less, nothing more". Yes.
Love the Rolling Stones! My brother had a band starting in the sixties in high school when the Stones were big. They did allot of Stones. I was six years old at the time and they practiced at our house because the other parents wouldn't allow it. I grew up on early rock because of my awesome talented brother. I'm sixty three now and still rocking!
Shocking, isn't it? The first time I heard this song I couldn't believe it was the Stones either. : )
This song is rumored to be about David Bowie's first Wife Angela Barnett, but it could also be said it was for Kieth Richards daughter, since it was mostly written by Kieth and was a lullaby he played for her
So many great Stones song, but Angie and Wild Horses are my favs❤️❤️❤️
Everytime I hear that song it reminds me of a boyfriend I had that year he used to sing it every time it came on
One of my all time favs
Thnx 4 this vid
Fr across the waters
Canada 🇨🇦
🐥🐥🐥hugs and all that white
Guys thank you thank you for listening to Angie one of my favorite songs. I was always jealous of someone if their name was Angie lol. Wanted to change my name. Where's my song? Lol oh yeah Jackie Blue. ❣️ Your great!
Ozark Mountain Daredevils!
Has anyone else noticed Patrick has a great singing voice??? Heard it in several reactions.... thought it was time to give him props. Great reaction guys and I'm with the others..... If you like this song you should do "Wild Horses" next. Peace.... :)
Another great song from this album is "Fool to Cry". Also has Mick playing the keyboard!
Not counting Hot Rocks, Goats Head Soup was the first Stones record I bought back around 98 when I was 21. It made me a Rolling Stones fan. Such an underrated classic.
Masterpiece here. Do heart Breaker form them. you won't be disappointed.
You can't always get what you want great song ! Play with fire also country tonk !
Beautiful reaction.. Wild Horses for sure.. Happy Valentines day from Dallas,Texas.
Play With Fire is another great Stones tune.
Angie is also one of my very Favourites from the Stones
You guys are excellent to watch! Genuine and have amazing personalities which is 100% needed for all of during these dark days!! Thank you 🙏🏻.... If anyone agree’s can you you react to Chicago “Make me smile” or “I’ve been Searching so long” or “Wishing you were here” either studio album from early 70’s or Live from early 70’s
Well said & yes; dark days:(
You gotta listen to Winter from this same album, which is one of my favorite Stones albums for its diversity and the brilliance of Mick Taylor.
Had my first slow dance to this song - age 13 in 1974. It still gives me chills.
I loved watching how much this song moved you. I could tell your reactions were pure and authentic.
