The stones are one of those groups that you can cover for months and just scratch the surface. Just simply a timeless band. The guys are pushing 80 and are iconic. RIP Charlie Watts.
I love how the two of you immerse yourselves in every song. It was really interesting to see the emotions that this song evoked in you, as well as the scenarios it made you imagine. This is such a sexy song, and one of my favorite things about it is the way it manages to be so languid and yet so urgent at the same time.
The Stones are timeless man! I always loved the falsetto for the manly traits and the smooth execution of the song. Being wrapped in a musical blanket...... I'm sure you hear this alot but, together you represent my left and right brain! One side moving to the music and the other actively listening. It is always a pleasure watching both! Thank you! 😽💋🎶
The Stones and The Beatles are really the first gods of Rock n' Roll since 1962 when the groups were formed. Just Incredible!!!! The Stones!!!!! You guys reaction is soooooo perfect. Most of these songs sound contemporary like it could be a hit in 2021.
For some reason I thought the Who came out in that same year. I'd put them in the gods category for certain, seeing as they were different from Stones and Beatles.
You are so correct on that one. A lot of people think of both their stuff as old fashioned but 80% or more can be played today and still sound the best . And that's from a Zepp/Floyd fan :)
Newfie, old fashioned in the fact that their music came out so long ago, and remains relevant in the 2020's. You have the influence aspect, most definitely, because in some way, shape or form, you can connect 95% of music to Stones, Beatles , if not both. And those influences, cause newer artists, groups and bands to form, expanding on the foundation both bands started.
So much variety in the Stones catalogue. They constantly surprise you; disco, rock, blues, country, reggae...it's all in there. I've always thought Keith Richards is a very underrated vocalist and especially backing vocalist too - so essential to their sound. You guys seem to get it with them :) Go and watch a few documentaries and other bits and bobs about them - a real story intertwined with western culture since the 60s. Back then, they'd crop up in the news with all the stuff they'd get up to and the places, people and times they were tied into. You couldn't go far without hearing something about them, but always the great rock 'n' roll running straight through the middle like a freight train! For Keith's singing, try "Happy", best seen live 1972, sharing the mic with Mick.
I look forward to y'alls videos so much because no matter how bad I feel y'all always make me feel so much better. As I said before you two would fit right in in the 70's. Such old soul's.
Next you should do "Shattered", the next song on the album. And don't forget "Can't You Hear Me Knocking", a brilliant song from their album Sticky Fingers. Oh yeah, one more; "Time Waits For No One", another brilliant song by the Stones.
God, I remember hearing that song first time it came on radio, , driving from High School in Brooklyn, we all were screaming. Pulled up to a light, other cars were listening. We all went crazy! Thank you for appreciating this amazing bluesy rock band. Thank you for great great reaction. Great to see.
Born in 96. Have hippie ish parents. I remember hearing this song song I was REALLY young and seeing my parents dance together. Drink a drink and have a good time.
There are essentially three eras of the Stones: Brian Jones era (1962-69), Mick Taylor era (1969-1974), and Ronnie Wood era (1975-present day). The entire SOME GIRLS album undoubtedly represents the apex of the Woody era. Please give it a full listen one of these days. It was a creative and commercial resurgence for the Stones, embodying much of the NYC punky, disco sleaze of the late 1970s.
I've not heard this song for a long time - really good to hear it again, enjoyed it very much. I have loads of favourite Stones songs and some of them are from the 1960s which of course is when I first heard this amazing band. We were always waiting for the next song to be released and we loved them. Songs such as Satisfaction (which you've already reacted to) The Last Time, It's All Over Now, and of course Jumpin' Jack Flash, all fav songs from that era! You're right guys, the Stones music is timeless - your reactions to their songs are always great, guys, thanks so much. All the best.
I agree…I love the Stones, too! When I saw them in concert, Santana was the opening band! It was a phenomenal night! Thanks for this reaction. U really should react to their song …Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo…or as I always think of the song as, heartbreaker. It’s an terrific song!
I need to manage these two...when George said "shit" @1:17, if he had got up and shoved that chair back and stripped that shirt off slow then loosened his belt vibin' on the song, 50k subscribers would be 100k overnight. Sweet Jesus!
It was great to hear your reaction boys....I'm so pleased that a band that has been around all my life (60 years 😳) are still being appreciated today. Check out " Thru and Thru" " Let It Loose" and " No Expectations" 🙋
Welcome to the music I listened to in Jr. and Sr. high school! The VERY BEST of times. So many GREAT bands and so MANY hit songs. I still love all this music! Enjoyed your reaction.
You guys have to check out Can't You Hear Me Knocking by the Stones. There's a jam session at the end of the song that wasn't originally meant to be part of the song but the jam was so good they kept it.. It's my favorite Stones song..
I remember when this song came out and it got a lot of radio play. I loved it! My mother ever liked it! What a fantastic song this is! I knew you were going to love it as well! Merry Christmas guys!
Great to see you reaction to the Stones again and see how they make you feel happy which is also the name of one of their songs. I think you'd both like their songs "Can't You Hear Me Knocking", "I Got the Blues" and "Moonligth Mile" from their 1971"Sticky Fingers" album.
The stones have a song for every mood. Try any of the songs from "Stripped" especially Dead Flowers, Let it Bleed, Shine A Light, Spyder and the Fly, Sweet Virginia, I'm Free. Most of these you have not heard of but will love
Love watching you guys….from 🇨🇦. One of my favourites of the Stones…. I will check if you’ve reacted to these slower songs: Fool to Cry, You Can’t Always Get What You Want, Waiting on a Friend,Ruby Tuesday
Keith Richards was and is the most funky and "offbeat" guitarist of his day. He was so creative and beautifully melodic and raw sounding, just all over the place, especially on this track.
Welcome to my world :) As you age, you start to see more things and appreceiate more things because you know the things you didn't see or appreciate when you should have seen. It is a universal thing we all know. :)
Arguably their last really great song, wonderfully mixing their songwriting craft with their trademark insouciant sway, it works very well in the 1978 live in Texas version also. I've always thought it exceptional, a really satisfying dose of what they do best.
Would suggest Stray Cat Blues as an absolutely essential listen. From 1968, right at the beginning of their great period, just behind Jumping Jack Flash and Street Fighting Man. Like Beast of Burden, it's somewhat under appreciated, but also like Beast of Burden, I couldn't imagine a complete Stones playlist without it.
GUYS...WE NEED MORE STONES....1.) RIDE ON BABY 2.) GET OFF MY CLOUD...1965 video reelin in years 3.) pain in my heart 4.) Ruby tuesday (unbelievable lyric) 5.) happy 6.) hot rocks 7.) salt of earth 8.) move on...will stop there...but hunfreds more...thanks..
George Patrick You Bro's are so awesome You guys might try their 1989 hit "Between a rock, and a hard place" That's the year when I was born when it came out back in the day You guys are in for a surprise REO SPEEDWAGON is coming to the Tri-Cities at Johnson City's Freedom Hall on February 21st at downtown Johnson City TN you guys might like to come to JC in East Tennessee I would be honored to meet you both Ready to 🤘 Rock 🤘 in the Tri-Cities George, Patrick keep on Rockin, Bro's Matthew
I would love to see one of your reaction videos in your native language with subtitles! My wife is Russian, and I enjoy hearing different languages. Please keep the reaction videos coming. I wish you the best!
If you like songs that tell a story, try Rolling Stones' 'Sympathy For the Devil". Real world History. It gave me goosebumps. Listen to the lyrics. not just the music. On a lighter note, try 'Please Don't Tell Her' by Big Head Todd & the Monsters'. It's a 180 from the first song mentioned'. They also had another hit called 'Broken Hearted Savior'. Enjoy the whiplash. Love the reaction to this song. It warms my heart to see today's young people experience the music of my youth. They don't make good music today. It's all auto-tune and no musicianship. Very few good bands of today that make you feel anything good or joyous. That's just my opinion. Doesn't mean I'm right.
I too, love The Rolling Stones. I loved them in the 60’s, I loved them through the 70’s, and then in the 80’s I went to see them live. The show was in New York, so we traveled there for the show. It was one of the greatest disappointments of my life. They were TERRIBLE! They absolutely SUCKED OUT LOUD!! It took me a solid decade to forgive them for that pitiful display of ineptitude. But now I’m back. I cannot deny their greatness, or dislike their music. It takes me back to the happiest days of my life. 😂❤️✌🏼😎
Hey there you two🙋🏼♀️ Y'all know I won't disagree with you on the Stones .. one of my top two bands of all time. This is one of my fave tracks but admittedly I have a multitude by the Stones. Maybe try Wild Horses next. Thnx George & Patrick .. always love y'all's enthusiasm. Sending many blessed Merry Christmas wishes from Georgia to Georgia. Take good care & be well. 🛐✝️🎄🎅💝
Jumping Jack Flash Street Fighting Man Monkey Man Can’t You Hear Me Knocking Bitch Loving Cup Heartbreaker Shattered Emotional Rescue Slave Undercover of the Night …and many more
Best band ever. Their catalogue of songs is amazing including this one.
The stones are one of those groups that you can cover for months and just scratch the surface. Just simply a timeless band. The guys are pushing 80 and are iconic. RIP Charlie Watts.
What a terrific song!
Great lyrics, and fantastic musicianship!
Rolling Stones forever!!

yeah these lads are quite fit i’ll be honest. and they’re actually listening to the song unlike other reactors here…
The Stones are timeless man! I always loved the falsetto for the manly traits and the smooth execution of the song. Being wrapped in a musical blanket......

You don't always get to see Patrick close his eyes or tap along to the song! Stones forever!! How about "Fool to Cry"?
Saw them 10/16/97 at Giants Stadium. Incredible experience, from an all-time great band!!!
Watched them perform this song live in 1981, Cedar Falls, Iowa...lifechanging
Best band ever
Love the drums. Well produced.
Always been my Fav. Stones Song. This was a B Side on the Juke Box but this played all the time.
I need to manage these two...when George said "shit" @1:17, if he had got up and shoved that chair back and stripped that shirt off slow then loosened his belt vibin' on the song, 50k subscribers would be 100k overnight. Sweet Jesus!

"Time Waits For No One" is my Stones all time favorite...
I have never EVER heard a cover of a Stones song that was better than The Stones original
STONES, START ME UP NEXT🔥💯
My favorite song of theirs.
Waiting on a friend is a personal favorite of mine by them. Not sure if you’ve already reacted to that one but it would be awesome
You just beat me to the post , just gonna chime in with that as well.... :) The side of the Stones people are not used to.
LOVE THAT SONG!! and video is brilliant too.
❤️
I'm pretty sure they reacted to it. And as always their reaction didn't disappoint.
My favorite Stones song
Under my thumb is another great one
The stones have a song for every mood. Try any of the songs from "Stripped" especially Dead Flowers, Let it Bleed, Shine A Light, Spyder and the Fly, Sweet Virginia, I'm Free. Most of these you have not heard of but will love
🎸💯 "Beast of Burden" is one of my 3 fave Stones hits! The other 2: #1: "Emotional Rescue" & #2: "Wild Horses"‼🔥
The whole album is good especially the song the albums names after
It is possibly my favorite band. Definitely top 5.
Awww the stones!

The best way to describe The Stones is “Tightest Band Ever”
@Micknkeithable Tightest loosest band ever at the same time

Stones… Waiting On A Friend. Great song but watch it with the video.
Please consider "Southern Nights" by Glenn Campbell or "Let your love flow" by the Bellamy Brothers. Thank you
There's a version out there somewhere of Mick and Bette Midler doing this song. Their chemistry is pretty much 🔥🔥🔥🎶🎵
I hope you'll react to "Dead Flowers" at some point.
It also helps if you’re stoned! 🙃
C’mon guys… The Who / “I’ve Had Enough”.
It’s the second part of Love Reign O’er Me. ✌️
