    Just watched your video. Thanks for the great review. FYI, when cooking indoors, just leave the wind guards folded. They are for outdoors in windy conditions.

    I'd love a Goal Zero video. I'm confused with mine as well.

    Why not run the fridge from the 12v outlet on the Goal zero ?

    • @aarongould
      @aarongould  23 дня назад +1

      The 12v from the battery runs the 12v system in the scout which is for the lights and the heater etc

    I heard they don’t hold up though if you drive on forest roads

      We’ve put in thousands of miles so far with no issues, mostly highway obviously, but have had no issues. I’m not doing the rubicon, but I think it probably depends on how you drive off road😅

    Good morning from Godley Texas, I have a Capri Cowboy truck camper. Curious as to what your truck is.. payload capacity. Very informative video and walk through. Glad to see you and the wife are enjoying the Scout. Stay safe and happy travels 😎

      Thank you and good evening from Detroit MI. Those are some great questions, and I actually answered them in the video I posted right before this one. I have an f-150 and I believe my payload is about 1700lbs from the factory. As you can see in the video I did a few upgrades to make sure it handles the load properly. Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Nice vid. What's the bed length of your truck and did you remove the tailgate?
    Thanks

      I had an f150 with a 5 1/2 foot bed, never took off the tailgate, but I did just get a different f150 with a 6 1/2 foot bed, so a new video on that might come soon!

    How long can you run the fridge on a full charge of battery?

    “Husky” so am I. 😂 wouldn’t want a closet space if I was fat though.
