JAPAN-4,000 Hinaningyo (Emperor and Empress Dolls) at Tsubosakadera

Tsubodakadera displays more than 4,000 hinaningro (emperor and empress dolls along with ladies of the court, musicians and other attendants) for Girls Day in March each year. They represent a Heian period wedding. These dolls are not always on display.
