Plus it would make sense if some women didn't want to reproduce since some of them could die from it. Also it doesn't make sense for you to compare reproduction and adoption to smoking weed and breathing oxygen. It's like comparing cooking to killing someone.

you can't. but one way is through surrogacy or insemination. if one of the people have sperm, they can have a surrogacy, with an outside mother taking the semen to get pregnant. or if they have ggs, they can get artificially inseminated.
