Interesting to learn about Faridabad because it never seems to get any attention due to Gurgaon, Noida etc.

I saw so many negative comments, I am staying in faridabad and making 2LPM and living a excellent life, I got an offer from Mumbai 30 lpa and rejected that in a minute, my friends are working with 3LPM but don't like mumbai because of high cost of living. If you have excellent salary package or you have your own Property then it is good otherwise with even 1-3 LPM in Mumbai it is a nightmare.

Personally I hated Mumbai because of over population, traffic & unreal RE prices but agreed its a wonderful place for women in terms of safety.

Faridabad's real estate is on the verge of a monumental rise that will outshine other NCR markets in the next 5 years.

water problem, electricity problem, public transportation problem, social stigma.. and yet it's a hot property market..! LOL! Mumbai to faridabad seems same as Mumbai to some rural location.. he has shifted only because of his wife's pressure..!😝

Hottest property market? What was Moneycontrol's research for this? Ggl 'Faridabad issues' & what comes up is .... 'Ridden with power cuts, faulty drains and bad roads... ' . Then there's a news article of 2022 ... .
... "Filthy civic conditions continue to haunt almost all residential and commercial areas in Faridabad. Despite multiple complaints, the issues of choked sewers and wastewater, wastewater waterlogging the streets in a majority of colonies remain unresolved.
Unattended waste can also be seen dumped on the main roads of the city"

Only plus about Faridabad is that it is still affordable in terms of rent and cost of living for the middle class. But amenities are not upto the mark since it is a Tier-2 city. Even garbage collection and disposal is a huge problem.
Faridabad can't be compared with Mumbai or any other Metro. Faridabad is the poor cousin of all NCR localities. Of course, there are people with old money who live in the bungalows. Flats are just over-crowded vertical slums.
Roads are bad even in posh sectors, most societies depend on ground water that is very high TDS, power cuts are long and frequent, power back-up in societies is again iffy. Air pollution is bad. Neighbours are regressive. As a woman, if you step out for an emergency after dark, you will attract negative attention.
Also, Faridabad is conservative and as the lady said, you always have to be alert about your safety. Streets are empty by 8 pm.

We will hear crazy stories of people shifting from one place to another across India or around the world. Some stories are mind-boggling but at the end happiness of a person's matters the most. People have their own reason, its better to not be opinionated and be open minded with our thoughts.😅

This time money control seem to have got it wrong or were paid to promote Faridabad :) … it’s nowhere near to hottest property market . Also statement by the guy that it beats all other cities in NCR in term of value is also wrong, it comes at bottom when compared to Noida and Gurgaon, there is nothing wrong in place and all NCR cities have similar challenges but this video seem to be more of promotional video for Faridabad. Lady shared real facts at the end . Lot of my known ppl have bought apartments and have seen no or minimum growth

You guys are promoting Faridabad as "India's Hottest Property Market" or demoting from a Mumbaikar's perspectives? No coverage of the convenient metro connectivity, new shopping malls, multiple schools, hospitals across faridabad. The new Delhi- Mumbai expressway passing through the city. New connectivity with Greater Noida coming up and will make Faridabad equi-distant from both Delhi & Jewhar Airports. This video looks like a paid propaganda to muzzle down Faridabad's real-estate growth and may be indirectly paid by Gurugram/Noida builders.
