Reminds me when I was in a death metal band. Our drummer became really good friends with Derek Roddy. He was drumming for Hate Eternal at the time. He actually advised us to go back to school. Hate Eternal & many, many underground death metal bands go through this. A true eye opener & with mixed emotions.

Labels stopped giving tour support a long time again. When consumers stopped by albums was the death of tour support. Bands use the money they make from shows, merch, and meet & greets to pay for their transportation.
