For water proofing can you use flex spray or something similar besides flashing tape?
There are different codes for different cities. It's hard to do ANY kind of waterproofing when doing a retrofit, so MY rule in that case is do the best you can. If it's new construction or adequate access, a spray is no acceptable, but if it provides some protection, it's better than nothing. Thanks for watching.
