Also on that BBC report on Peterborough, an English woman said she was on the waiting list and all the homes are going to foreigners. Then it said Peterbrough council had bought 40 houses for Afghans and Ukranians. Putting foreigners above your own people is downright traitorous.

My father's people are all from East Anglia. The change of the residents of Peterborough is very worrying. My father told me in the 1980's that some of his mother's people had moved to London. It is excruciatingly worrying and unacceptable that this country and its identity no longer belongs to its own people.
'Fair' it might be if the citizens of Peterborough were asked about this demographic change

I’ve lived in Peterborough since 1987. I found it a safe place to live with excellent transport options (once the A14 was completed). Now I hardly ever venture into the city centre, partly because John Lewis and M&S moved out (but we now have lots of fast food outlets) and partly because I no longer feel I can walk around without looking over my shoulder. AR’s plans are just part of the wider mission to destroy this country and I don’t see where effective opposition to this decline is coming from. At least I don’t need to think about who to vote for next week.
My nan used to live in Peterborough in the 70s. Nice place, i returned to watch Hereford United in league two in 2007 what a change, and all the locals knew the reason. Madness.
Not to mention the cities will need lot more Police and Prison space as most of them will commit crime.

My town is changing fast in just 3 years, I've spoken to a few of them and they were moved up here from places like Leeds, they were told there wasn't any accommodation and my town was the nearest place. I'm in Cumbria. Also we have hotels full of illegals who will placed in housing before any locals.
My mother lives on a council estate in Leeds and say she’s surprised that there’s anyone left living in Africa as every empty house old or newly built social is filled with them.

Not only do we have to put up with cultural change, but we also have to come second place for houses, many of the residents had been waiting years for a council house.

You used to have to be in an airport terminal to witness anything like Peterborough. It's rare to hear a conversation in English walking down the street. All the shops in the centre got shut down because of shoplifting and people avoiding the area like the plague. I've spoken to several workmen who refuse any callout to the city.

The only resistance I can think of, is for the building workers and anybody else who is relevant, to refuse to work on the supporting infrastructure, and try to be selective in this way about their work.
They also have been "floating" the idea that if you have spare room in your house you get to have one. They will force you to do this by increasing your council tax until you do.

One bonus of living in Peterborough now is the astounding number of barbers and car washes in which one has to choose from. We are really spoilt for choice. The number of new housing estates going up at break neck pace too is surely something to behold.

I live near Peterborough 20years ago you could see it changing, it is now a pit not safe to walk on your own,rubbish in the streets, and not only like a different city more like a different country, I even now polish people moving out,because of Bulgarians and remaining,begging, shoplifting and pick pockets VOTE. Foreign born is one measure. But there are also many many second, third and even fourth generation immigrants to factor in too... They are British born but due to the UK's failure to force newcomers to integrate, they frequently don't share traditional British values. The problem is simply much bigger than 'foreign born'.

I worked for a large warehousing firm in Peterborough. A team leader once said, "that to run the shift properly, he would have to speak 11 languages." He was disciplined for this.
