Can we just appreciate how progressive Neil has been during this campaign? For years as Strongman fans we’ve been asking for exactly this type of interaction. A quality live PPV, mobile phones are allowed, content creators and athletes can engage and promote the show with their own footage shortly after the event. This guy gets it & I appreciate the hell out of that 👍

    To add some clarity:
Sumo-style deadlifting was around before Shaw, but he did originate the wider stand in the more traditional stance deadlifting style.
Shaw was considered unbeatable in strongman in the mid-2010s. The brilliance of Shaw was not just that he figured out the best ways to deliver the most power, but he thought of safety. One example is "the Shaw Grip" for lifting atlas stones. Shaw is considered one of the best atlas stone lifters, ever. He developed the style not only to generate the most force, but he was focused on reducing the strain on his back.
I am really excited to see how he will analyze armwrestling. I think he is going to make a big impact in the next few years.

I hope that Brian and Neil will build a relationship because there needs to be one... whether its friendship or a business opportunity... Neil has been in Brian's life for many years in the strongmen competitions and now arm wrestling. I hope with both swimming in the same direction... they can turn this into an opportunity. Brian's videos about learning new to him sport and Neil's ways and methods of teaching Eddie could very much create something special... to get people involved and interested and learn. Much like with soccer... everyone at one point or another too have tried to arm wrestle someone else.

Cought in war, not asked anything. Humans can adapt to UNBELIEVABLE things. The book 7000 days in Siberia by Steiner is what i allways come back to, and say to myself bruh, you saw nothing, you endured nothing. As in AW there are levels to that shit lol

Jay, just for clarity John was NOT injured when he & Devon mate in 2008. That’s absolutely not true mate. Just ask yourself this question- do you really think I would invest £20K of my own money into an Event with one of the Headline Athletes injured ? There is a reason the Event was postponed from its original date of May that year & its original Venue of Manchester. 7 Weeks later John DECIMATED Denis Cyplenkov. Devon at that point was astronomically Strong.
