I got addicted to drugs for 4 years. At first they were fun and made me feel really good. But eventually my body started rejecting them and my journey to come off of them has been the most traumatic thing I could’ve ever been through. I’m 11 months sober and still really sick from the withdraw. Im not giving up. I get up everyday and do my best.
Please, please hang in there. I’m just a stranger but I really do feel for you and am so proud of you for facing up to this. You are still feeling symptoms and may do so for some time but where would you have been if you were still back there! Keep loving yourself and putting one step in front of the other. You CAN and WILL do this change in your life. I’m a very elderly person and have been thru a lot in my lifetime but I’m still striving to make my way through fear and change in my life to get to a better place. I’m a new mom my boy is 16 months and I love him so so much but postpartum is a battle you have with yourself. I’m going to break away from my cycles that make me think it’s not okay to make mistakes and laugh because I’m learning. I’m ready to live again … I’m so much more than what this mind makes it seem I’m ready to be 100% woke and unlock my happiness and positivity.. We need more people like you to give inspiration to the world. I have always been fearful, but never feared. If something wasn't right in my life I have forged onto something new. Yes people have been hurt which I deeply regret, yes I have been hurt which is deeply sad. But if you stay in a relationship because you don't want to hurt the other person that is also deeply sad. In the end you both end up not growing and you both end up hurt. If you stay in a job because it pays well and you are scared to move because of not earning enough , you end up not doing your job well anyway. So fear for me is scary but it motivates me to move on to something that clearly is not working in my life. so fear , but fear not.

Watching professional trading videos and most especially connecting with the right person the digital world is full of in unreal people I met some of them during my success journey. I felt same way when I started especially when you use demo account you might be winning but when you put in real money you start losing I understand and I pass through it all. I’m very happy I’m profitable now.

I have been working on inner peace meditation working out enjoying the outdoors and being more conscious not isolating myself like I used to when in a toxic relationship years ago. Paying more attention to my actions and thoughts. You give me strength to keep pushing through! Life is a journey im so excited and have an open heart for amazing nee experiences. Learning to live in Love not so much fear!! Joy!! I believe in myself this really helps to keep me on track.
